Been waiting for 50 minutes because the incompetent employees can only handle one order at a time. When it’s finally my turn, they “don’t have an order for me” even though it is clearly paid for in the app for this location. No root beer, no sprite, so you just rip people off and take their money, make them wait forever. You won’t get another dime from me. Good riddance!
I was literally trapped in the drive through line for 18 minutes... 10 of those I was sitting at the box waiting for someone to take my order. The person in front of me waited just as long to receive their food. I'm not sure what is happening here but it makes me sad because Wendy's is great! This Wendy's used to be a 5/5!
I hope they get it figured out soon and change their drive through area so people can get out if needed... Sad to say it will be awhile before I go back.
I always loved Wendy's chili, but for the last 2-3 times I've went through the drive thru to get it, it's been disappointing, not to mention it's made me sick. On top of that, why does it take 15+ minutes before you can place your order in the drive thru when there isnt even a line? Sorry, Wendy's, cant say I want to come back to this location.
