The owner doesn’t like Americans. He thinks we are all stupid and not worth his time. He uses the lowest quality meat and lies about it. Go eat somewhere else where we are appreciated and respected.
Abhorrent behavior by the arrogant and rude manager here for the last time. Literally scolded me for requesting to replace vegetables that I’m allergic to with rice, which I know is cheaper. Mind you there is not a single soul dining there at dinner time on a Sunday…guess I know why! Do yourself a favor and go to Kobe for better service and food. Hope it was worth the 50 cents!
Manager has the worst attitude, is extremely rude and disrespectful. Degrading and condescending. Don’t waste your time.
