“I was in a pickle and needed logos printed on edible paper. I am in the DC area and called about 30 places and no one could print. Some even told me they could and I showed up and then surprise they couldn't.
I googled places near me and surprise someone has the printer and materials to do it. I called them and they were able to help me. I was so grateful and the staff was so helpful and nice. I would highly recommend the cake plus team!“
“Urzula went above and beyond to create the PERFECT "piano cake" for my visually-impaired pianist son! Working from just a picture I sent her, Urzula recreated the Kit-Kat piano "keys" that gave the cake a 3-dimensional texture my son could "feel" as well as taste! She helped me make my son's special 30th birthday in his new 'hometown' of DC so wonderful--even working long-distance with his mom in another state to surprise him! Kudo's galore! Thank you, Urzula!!!“

“Cotton was a delight to work with from start to finish. For a baby shower, I ordered cupcakes, brownies, soft-baked cookies, fruit tarts, and cheesecakes. Everything was BEAUTIFUL, DELICIOUS and arrived 30 minutes early. It was a huge hit with all my coworkers and they were all asking where I ordered these sweet treats. If I could give Cotton 100 stars, I would.“

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“I had a great experience at the Cold Stone in Silver Spring! The dairy-free chocolate ice cream was delicious, and my son absolutely loved his shake. There was only one young Hispanic lady working, but she was fantastic—she greeted us with a smile and provided excellent service. It’s not often you see someone so dedicated to making sure customers are happy. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area!“
