Georgetown Bagelry Reviews
I used to come here often but now the food is way over priced. A bacon/egg/cheese bagel is $12 and it only comes with 1 egg.. feeling ripped off and still hungry which is keeping me from coming back. Get the same thing from Bethesda Bagels and its $8 with 2-3 eggs, and a much larger bagel sandwich.. price gouging will lose more business, not make more money.
Well….looks like a bagel, but too dense, too chewy, not at all like a real NY bagel. Underbaked as well. Cinnamon Raisin very meh. Also got sesame and poppy. Maybe they need to let the dough rise longer or add a bit more yeast. Not worth the drive if you don’t live close by.

Georgetown Bagelry is a popular breakfast spot known for its delicious bagels. The restaurant offers a variety of bagels, including the signature Miami burger bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, and onions. Customers can choose from different bun options and add sides such as capers. The diner has a homey atmosphere, making it a great neighborhood place for a quick bite. While some customers find the bagels to have the right balance of ingredients, others suggest customizing the bagels to taste. The restaurant also serves freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. However, recent reviews suggest inconsistent food quality and service, with some customers reporting burnt or overly salty bagels, and higher prices. Despite these concerns, the restaurant remains a favorite for its tasty bagels and quick service.
