Food was really good and our server was extremely friendly and attentive. We ordered the kimchee fried rice, soondobue (tofu), and the bibimbap as our main and they were all delicious. We also loved the Jun, Korean pancake, which was extra crispy!
Spot - cozy. Wait staff - awesome and attentive. Manager - one of the best people I've met in my career. Kitchen - absolutely on point. This is hands down one of the last few old gems of downtown Bethesda and there aren't many left!
House of Milae is a local gem serving quality authentic Korean cuisine. Working my way through their menu, I’ve found every dish to be well-seasoned and comforting. I regularly order beef gimbap, which always hits the spot. The kimchi fried rice is brilliant. The kimchi jigae and tteokguk stews are perfect as hearty meals on cold nights.
