Everything about our visit to Marketplace Cafe in Nordstrom Montgomery mall was fine except the noise level. The restaurant was only about 50% full at best but the noise level was very high. I did not see much in the way of sound dampening finishes and that should be considered.

Angelia is wonderful and we enjoy seeing her every time we visit. The Cafe is a hidden gem with outstanding service and fabulous food. Thanks to the Chefs for keeping the menu consistent with our favs along with offering a few some new items to try.

This place is a hidden gem and inaccurately named! Tucked away in the back of Nordstroms at the Montgomery Bethesda Mall, this full-service cafe offered a surprisingly diverse menu. We sampled the three soups available that night and would have been happy with all of them (roasted chicken noodle, tomato basil, and clam chowder - equally delicious!). Our waiter Gabriel was timely, attentive, and incredibly kind and friendly. Other wait staff jumped in immediately when I dropped...
