“I normally order my pizza online and from my house. After I order my pizzas, I drive to Ledo’s Pizza to pick up my order. The drive time to reach the restaurant is equivalent to the time the restaurant takes to make the pizzas. I know that my order is hot and ready for pickup when I arrive at the restaurant. Very seldom have I ever had to wait for my order to be made after I arrive at the restaurant.“

She was not only professional but she went above and beyond. My order was delayed and wasn't ready within the time frame that was quoted and not only did she personally pull me to the side to explain the delay she genuinely showed how the establishment valued the customers time.
