A couple of months I would have given this location 5 stars, now it is horrible! The old manager knew everyone's coffee order and would have them ready when you came in. The new ones can't get an order correct! What a difference one employee can make. And the ice cream is soft now.....the freezer doesn't seem to like to new managers either.
