Do not give them your money! They force you to pay what THEY calculate for a gratuity, and all you can do is add to it. Doesn't matter if you are a party of 1 or party of 10. And the manager I spoke with became aggressive when I brought it up. I generally pay tips in cash to ensure the waitstaff gets as much as possible before the house skims off it. Not an option here! To be fair, the waitstaff was great, and the food delicious. Regardless, I won't be back!
i just had a breathtakingly poor customer service experience with this restaurant. And this is after patronizing them faithfully since their doors opened - a fact to which the owner replied, “I don’t care.” It’d be almost laughable if it wasn’t so appalling.
