Sadly I went to try out this establishment today and was welcome with flies flying around all the food. Not a good experience when you first walk into the door. Unfortunately because of all the flies that was flying and landing on the food that you service people turned me completely off. Maybe I will try this place again and hopefully next time they won't have flies flying around all the food
I had a graduation dinner for my son here tonight and the experience was EXQUISITE! The food was amazing, but Ruby’s is known for its food so I expected that. What stunned me was the level of service we received from the catering team! Candi and the Operations Manager (maybe John) went out of their way to accommodate our big group and when I say they went out of their way I mean they went out of their way. Good was just okay. Yams have no taste. Sweet potato pie is terrible! One of the owners served me. He was so rude and short. I don’t recommend.
