“We dined as a family of five on a Friday evening. The atmosphere was spectacular while sitting on the patio overlooking the beautiful grounds. Our meal started with wings and soup. The wings were the perfect level of crispness with bold flavor. We also ordered the new tomato soup and that was rich, warm, creamy and deliciously we would definitely order it again. When our entree’s arrived we were left disappointed. I ordered the 8 oz filet with fries, and two spices, Gael I butter and brandy pepper corn. The filet was drowned in what I can only describe as McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning. I am a purist and believe a fine cut of steak only needs salt and pepper. I could only make it half way through my steak because of the tremendous amount of salt. I was disappointed that it was a house blend of spices especially with a chef in the kitchen. The steak sauces while had a great flavor were over powered by the extreme seasonings and were severed cold and mildly gelatinous. My husband got the steak and seafood trio. He raved about the lobster ravioli however his steak was full of gristle and not very edible. We ended our meal with a crème brûlée. The custard was missing the bold vanilla flavor and was pretty bland. The sugar crust was crop and perfect. The cocktails were made fresh and delicious however when the check arrived we realized that we were charged full price instead of the happy hour pricing. Overall, the appetizers and cocktails were delicious and the atmosphere can’t be beat. We are hoping we just came on an off night for the chef. We hope to come back to try it again. We can certainly see the potential.“

“Highly recommend. We had an excellent experience at Terre Gaucha. As party of 12 can sometimes be challenging, but the staff handled everything with ease, professionalism, and attentiveness. They were knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our group. The hot and cold bar offered a wide variety of options, though the highlight of our visit was the churrasco service. The selection of meats was outstanding—beef was especially tender and flavorful, while the pork, shrimp, chicken, and salmon were equally impressive. “Our second time here and I want to return and try more yummy food. So many original items on menu, it’s hard to choose. My sandwich was amazing. The fries are fresh and hot. I’m glad music wasn’t as loud as our previous visit in summer. I hear the pizza is delicious. It’s so great to have something close to us out here in the “country “. The ramen and karaage are noticeably much better than what they were before. Deep savory ramen broth from hours of simmering. Juicy chicken karaage from a long overnight rest in marinade. The sushi rice significantly better than from when Kusshi first started.

“Our sorority held a fundraiser with Kusshi recently, and not only were they easy to work with and incredibly generous, but the service was helpful and quick, and the food was beautifully plated, fresh and delicious. Def recommend going for a nice night out!“

“No frills hole in a wall place. Great and welcoming staff. Great service. First time here and I got the spring garden roll and my friend and I split the green bamboo roll. One of the only places that I have been too that offers more than 1 type of veggie roll; plenty of veggie maki rolls. Rolls are large and they are generous with the filling and toppings. Got a bottled green tea. They do not serve alcohol. They accept credit card. I will absolutely be returning and telling everyone I know about this place. Next to Great shopping and there is plenty of parking!

One suggestion is to have a bottle of Sriracha on hand just to add a bit of spice to the veggie rolls.“

“I got queso, enchiladas suizas, and tres leches cake. The food was very good but the tres leches was a standout!! I didn’t even want to get tres leches since it’s consistently been a disappointment since I moved to Maryland even at highly rated popular places with otherwise fantastic food such as Clavel. It’s usually dry, too sweet, and has weird things like coconut. This cake was simple, super moist, drenched in milk, and lightly sweet. It was perfection. I ended up ordering a full sheet for my daughter’s bday party just to eat it again. Super excited and hope they make it exactly the same way!“
