For example first time with owners everything was hot the bread was beautifully presented all puffed up and steaming hot when opening it second time going without owners the bread wasn't puffed up and barely hot. “My wedding cake came out beautifully!! Everything i ever expected and more! I had 3 different layers with 3 different flavors, i had the chocolate cake with raspberry filling, the Jamaican rum with coconut filling and lastly the mango cake, the flavors were out this world, it was soo good and moist except for a little hiccup with the Jamaican rum but i called the bakery and they solved the problem the proper way. My husband and I both started with the seasonal soup -- a carrot ginger which felt a bit thin. He and my mom both had the blackened salmon -- she thought it was great and he thought it lacked some flavor. I had the smoked duck breast which was fine -- the side it came with was great. The restaurant wasn't full which meant we could hear well and the hostess became our server was nice -- though maybe a bit nervous. The bathrooms were clear though it felt a bit like a rest stop bathroom -- odd given their menu and prices.“

If it was noted on the menu I never saw it. The server’s explanation of this extra 15% charge was unintelligible. When the credit slip arrived, it was asking for yet another tip. I’m not a cheapskate. I worked in restaurants for many years and know how difficult it can be. Asking for a tip on top what already has a service charge is a bit arrogant. So, pretty awesome food. The small container of feta dip alone was $11, and it just didn't seem like enough for that price despite it being tasty! Overall good food, but you can go to CAVA or any other standard Mediterranean place and pay half the price for a pretty similar experience!“
