I ordered from Papa John’s in Brooklyn MD on my app.
The delivery was 20 minutes late.
When I opened my pizza box it looked like they had dropped my pizza. It was cold and tasted very doughy like it wasn’t baked properly.
I used to like Papa John’s but not anymore.
Never again will I order from this location. I order a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese and no sauce at 9pm. Online tracker said on the way for 40 minutes, pizza shows up at 10:12pm. Open the box and while the sticker is correct it is regular pepperoni pizza with sauce and not stuffed crust.
I called back and spoke to someone at 10:18pm and was told they would remake it but they were busy so it would be about another hour wait, every pizza shop I have ever...read full review
