Soooo, I am at KFC now. The first person who took my order seemed to be in a hurry. I hardly had time to order food for my family. But, when I told her I wanted two number 2 meals, she got frustrated when I was trying to tell her what side I wanted on the second one. Very rudely, she said, “Second side for what?” When I said, “Well, I asked for two number 2s.” She huffed, sucked her teeth and asked what side. Then a new voice took over.

I ended up walking out the store. The staff did NOT acknowledge my presence at ANY point. And yes, I was 1st in line INSIDE the store. The walked by the counter, and didn't even look at me, say they'd be with me in a minute, or anything to show they knew I was there. Yes, was polite, I didn't say anything or be on my phone. I listened to them get other customers order wrong too.
