“The team at Bryans Road should be commended. The line at this location is insane in the evenings especially on $10 Tuesdays. Sometimes the line is so long and all I can see are buckets and buckets of chicken, leaving the store, continuously.
Every time I come, the chicken is cooked fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly and the working manager is always present sharing the workload. I have had a lot of experience managing people and I know that the product that you produce is a direct reflection of the values that the manager holds their staff to. It's not really about chicken.It's about people doing things the right way.There's so little of that going on these days.It's refreshing to see that some people still care about doing things right.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Well... you could not finish my 1/2 chicken with a side salad and yuka. This means that the portions are pretty good size. The food was delicious and the service was fast. For 1/2 chicken and Malanesa de polls we paid $32 (no drinks). They offered water cups and we took them. The white sauce is mayo like, the green is spicy (you have been warned). I would recommend to friends.“

“Food was pretty good, a bit overpriced for what you get. Spicy levels just seem to be more or less of the stuff they toss it in. I tried both hot and extra hot. It was flavorful and not just hot.. But the flavor was almost sweet, salty, and spicy.. Hard to explain. Fries were great. Employees were all top notch, service was impressive. Only one bathroom though.“

“I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“I ordered no pickles on my sandwich and got pickles. When I went to exchange it, they gave me a new one, but kept the on w/ pickles. In the past when there were any errors, they have let me keep the messed up order. I ordered curbside and had to go inside to exchange...so a little bit of a hassle....“

“Best chicken spot in the area by far. Super flavorful stays open late and extremely reasonable prices. High quality chicken sandwiches.And despite the name they have chicken that's not spicy. Got a 50 piece wings and two chicken sandwiches. Their chicken sandwhich can give Popeyes a run for their money.“

“Came in here on a rainy and cold February day. The restaurant had three other customers who were enjoying their meals in store. I chose to get the chicken soup. The lady at the counter said she would let me know when the food was ready. It cost $15 for a large portion of soup, yams/yucca, carrot and reasonably sized chicken portions. The flavor was great and I was even asked if I’d prefer rice or tortillas. I chose the rice which was also very flavorful. I also purchased a bottle of Kirkland water. Overall, I would give the food an 8 out of 10.“

During this visit, I ordered the Butterfly Shrimp Combo and was assisted by a trainee named Nataly, alongside a manager who was actively supporting her. Service was handled with professionalism and care, especially considering the training in progress. The food was prepared to a high standard—well-cooked and served at appropriate temperatures. I also observed that proper food safety practices were being followed, including employees consistently using gloves while handling food. While this inspection was thorough, future unannounced visits may occur to ensure continued compliance and quality. Encouraging progress was noted—keep up the good work, Nataly.“

“Husband and I stopped by for lunch. There was a wait for chicken tenders but we weren't in any rush. Staff was super friendly and apologetic, making sure to keep us posted on the status of our order. We love Popeyes, but haven't had much luck with service at other locations. So this was a pleasant experience and we will return here.“

“Delicious food. My family orders the triple fajita (chicken, shrimp, steak). It's a decent portion and restaurant quality. You will definitely need to order extra tortilla wraps. You get 2 (4 wraps) sets with your order. That's not enough, probably because we're getting all 3 meats . We have to purchase 2 additional sets.“

“Went to the store this evening and I was impressed by the speed of service, courtesy of employees and the great tasting tenders. This store is one of my favorites as I can always expect to get fresh food. What's more important is that the restaurant is always clean, regardless of the number of customers they have in the store. I was also impressed with the cashier ensuring the food was fresh and they just didn't just throw anything in our box. I honestly wish more fast-food places would out as much time into making sure the customer was happy with their purchase. I will definitely be back.“
