“The team at Bryans Road should be commended. The line at this location is insane in the evenings especially on $10 Tuesdays. Sometimes the line is so long and all I can see are buckets and buckets of chicken, leaving the store, continuously.
Every time I come, the chicken is cooked fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly and the working manager is always present sharing the workload. I have had a lot of experience managing people and I know that the product that you produce is a direct reflection of the values that the manager holds their staff to. It's not really about chicken.It's about people doing things the right way.There's so little of that going on these days.It's refreshing to see that some people still care about doing things right.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Great food! The rotisserie chicken as well as the chicken sandwich are delicious. The yuca is crispy on the outside and creamy inside. Yum! Worth the extra drive compared to nearby places where the food is mediocre. The food here is great and the staff are nice. Go here!“

“Ordered at the register and the cashier was great. I think his name was Daniel and he was very kind and proactive. Really wanted to give him a shout out because it was one of the more pleasant customer experiences I’ve had since moving up here.“

“I ordered a custom spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. However, the sandwich I received contained no meat, was predominantly breading, and was excessively spicy. I went inside and looked for the complaint department, and I received a different piece of chicken and left with a smile on my face. Thanks, Chick-fil-A!“

“I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“Bottom line, you want good chicken, look no further. Been here multiple times and it’s always delicious. The dining space is basic, but clean, if a little worn. If soccer isn’t on the screens, it’s NEWSMAX. So, take from that what you will.“

“Cool concept it’s like +6 kitchens in 1. They offer a lot of different promos on social media. From Alana pizza, I ordered the burrata and the bacon pesto pizza. The burrata was really fresh and I enjoyed the pesto pizza. From Di Fara pizza, I ordered the pepperoni, sausage and meatball pizza. Not sure if it was dough or the pizza was undercooked, but I wish there was more of a crisp to the crust. I found myself chewing longer than expected.

Location was really clean and ordering via the app was easy. There’s plenty of street parking around the shopping center. Prices are high for the area. I would definitely be back to try some of the other restaurants.“

Service was handled with professionalism and care, especially considering the training in progress. The food was prepared to a high standard—well-cooked and served at appropriate temperatures. I also observed that proper food safety practices were being followed, including employees consistently using gloves while handling food.
