“Tasty roadside BBQ joint. Tried a trio of meats, all were very moist but light on smoke and flavor. I didn't see or smell any traditional pits rolling smoke out back. I could be mistaken, but I suspect they are using electric smokers, hence If you are the kind of person that enjoys Mission BBQ, you'll love this spot. Their Mac n Cheese was banging!“

“Been going to Jake's for years and before that Shorty's (Jake's Dad) at old location. Stopped by on a Saturday for a pit beef Sammy. Ordered rare and that puppy was in my hands in 30 seconds. Grabbed some onions and their tiger sauce and drove home to eat. It was delicious & a huge portion and under $9. Normal people could almost split it but of course I devoured the whole thing w some chips. The guys who work here are awesome and have the whole process down to a science. Nice people to boot. I am a fan of their ribs and their in house bbq sauce too. I do not get there often since trying to cut back on red meat but when I need pit beef, this is my spot.“

“Literally THE BEST iced lattes I’ve ever had!!! Not only is their coffee amazing, but the customer service is unmatched. The owner is so friendly and really takes pride is his work and his community. He makes a point to get to know all his customers. My husband and I feel so special every time we go. “Ok, I’m just going to break it down by the sensory experience I had with the food, although the service and atmosphere were everything one could want. Anyways, here is what I noticed about the food I received The Crab Rangoons were piping hot with a creamy inside and a crispy fried shell (not a rubbery one) The Tom Yum Soup packed several big shrimp tails and was not imbibed with sugar (some restaurants load sugar into soup when it has no place being there). This soup was herbal , aromatic; and uplifting The sushi rolls (and of course I am no expert) were on par with some of the staple sushi restaurants in Baltimore such as Yama Sushi, Sushi Hana, and Maya Sushi. However, the creativity of the specialty rolls are where Miku Sushi really shines. I got quite a few that I would highly recommend: the Angry Dragon, the Sexy Lady, Mr Banana, and Green Dragon. This restaurant is family-owned. The owners take a lot of pride in the business. In fact, if you come to eat here they may even approach you personally and ask how everything was. I felt like this was a thoughtful gesture. For a five-year-old restaurant that survived through COVID, they must be doing something right.“

“I like their food. The only thing to note is they have 18% service charge included in the bill. I hadn’t realized that till recently and I had been paying 20% of what was already billed, which means I was tipping them 42% of our “meal”. I thought that was a bit sneaky as I was not informed although I shud have checked my bill before paying!! Just be aware!!!The food is great. Love their spicy ramen, tartar, calamari, curry etc. Only one time, the spicy kani Inari was bad (kani had a sour smell and it had gone bad). Other times the food had been good and my toddler loves their curry!“

“Good BBQ place! We ordered takeout, but in the future, I would definitely stay and eat at the little seating area out front. The staff was really nice chatted while we waited for our order. I got the brisket sandwich and old bay buffalo wings. Both were REALLY good. I would get them both again without a doubt. The rest of the menu looked really good too.Parking: There is free parking out back, but I'm a dummy and missed the driveway on the first pass.“

“We actually went to Rita's next door. We got there at 8:45 and we're told they only had icee. But the guy next door at Ledo came out and served our whole family of 12. “I've only been to this restaurant 2 times, but both times did not disappoint. The food is perfectly cooked, I got the pork chops which were super good but they are famous for their fried chicken. The waitresses are always very kind and efficient as the place is always packed. And the view is really nice and peaceful.Vegetarian options: It seems that there was one veggie option, which was an eggplant parm. Nothing against the restaurant just wouldn't recommend for veggie options.Parking: There is a parking lot and a secondary overflow lot.“

“Place was packed around 10:45 on a Saturday morning, but my waitress swooped in within about 2 mins of sitting down. She was a terrific server - very friendly & attentive with a wonderful smile & personality to boot. Despite being so crowded, the food came out very quickly, much faster than expected. Also, I asked for the potatoes to be "extra crispy" (Restaurants seem to usually serve potatoes either too hard or too mushy), and they were prepared perfectly.We got 2 different Eggs Benedict dishes, and both were outstanding:1. With Avocado and Toast -- delicious!2. “This is my favorite restaurant. Period. My family and I have probably spent thousands on the goat curry alone. Other dishes I recommend are the saag paneer, butter chicken, and fish chili. Taj palace rarely disappoints. Been coming here for nearly a decade.“

It was hard to hear anyone that wasn't right next to me. It's not a huge deal but you have to be in the mood for that. If uou want quiet dining on weekend nights I would not expect this to be your choice. I will go during the week instead and love the food.“

“Yamato Sushi is one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area. It's on the smaller side, especially compared with Umi Sake or Sushi Hana, but that doesn't diminish the restaurant's excellence. I've had both sushi and entrees from the restaurant and everything is exquisite and fairly priced. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the latter of which is definitely helped by the cozy environment.I highly recommend giving Yamato Sushi a try. You won't regret it.“

We purchased the Woodfire Club card when the restaurant first opened in our area and we like earning points when we dine and getting a quarterly bonus.
