Visited the bakery during a girls weekend with my mom and sister. The mimosa bucket was wonderful and a great value! I tried the crab omelet - everything we got was delicious. The pastries looked amazing! Definitely make a reservation.
Black Water Bakery is a gem--outstanding food, personable and attentive customer service, and an owner who knows how to create customer experiences that keep them coming back. I recommend this local eatery to all my friends and guests when they are in town...and my kids get mad at me if I don't come home with a pastry from here.
Tables are filled for a reason. Locals know that this is a fabulous option for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a coffee. Everything we have tried over multiple visits has been delicious. Tall Quiche, omelettes (local flavors include scrapple & crab), Brussels sprouts are some special dishes. Generous portions. Take home a slice of Pistachio chocolate cake for dessert tonight. Tables turn over slowly as people linger over mugs and conversation.
