However, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is decent for fast Chinese cuisine. The app is easy to use, and the workers are friendly and helpful. Recently, the staff improved customer service, with employees being welcoming, respectful, and patient, which has made the experience much better. The ambiance is nice, and the manager is friendly. Customers especially enjoy the Honey Sesame Chicken for its crispy, tender meat and good honey flavor, as well as the Super Greens, which stay flavorful and well-cooked. The broccoli beef is usually tender, but sometimes the dish doesn't contain much beef, and substitutions like greens instead of broccoli occur. The restaurant has decent seating with a lovely view on top of the hill, making it a good spot to visit after a car wash. Overall, it remains a standard Panda Express with friendly staff and decent food.
