Epic fail tonight 10/14/21 Chick-Fil-A, and for the second time!!! We ordered dinner as a delivery. 2 sandwich meals, 1 wrap and 1 salad. Our food was delivered at 7:03pm, and we were short 1 sandwich. I immediately called and when I said I was short a sandwich the young man I was speaking with knew exactly what my sandwich was and said he remembered the order and he was sorry it was not placed in the bag and he’d have someone run it right out to me.
