“I recently visited Biryani and Bakers and I was thoroughly impressed by both the variety and quality of the food. The staff is very warm and welcoming. This restaurant offers an extensive menu that caters to all tastes. However, what truly stole the show was their chicken biryani – it was absolutely delicious! Guthivankaya biryani is also amazing! The portions were generous, and the accompanying raita complemented the dish perfectly.

“This store is like the other five guys. They all seem to have good staff, good food, and free peanuts. Their shakes are very good, and they use real bananas for the banana shake, unlike most of their fast food competitors. I tried it with coffee this time, but it seemed to come with extra sugar, so I probably won't do that again. But I will get a Banana shake again.“

“Chick-fil-A is probably one of my favorite restaurants. Of course the food is amazing. But it's everything else about it that I love as well. If you walk in to order your food, you'll see what I mean. The lines are never too long, and when you order your food, you won't be waiting too long either. They are fast with making your food, but they're also efficient. They always make sure you have everything. And the employees are very friendly as well. The drive thru line is usually longer than the inside line, but they are fast and efficient, just like the inside line. Sometimes, they have multiple employees outside taking orders for the drive through so that the line can continue moving. It's an overall great experience, that's why they're one of my favorite restaurants.“

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“
