“Great little candy shop with large assortment of homemade and domestic candy options. Feels a bit like See’s candy in terms of chocolate. Got a pound of assorted chocolates and mix of interesting gummies. Chocolate covered blueberries were quite pricey (4 clusters for $7.50). Great local option.“

“My family and I came from Baltimore to visit family in Havre de Grace. We stopped downtown for some Christmas Displays. We wanted some coffee and parked in front of Concord Point Coffee. I walked up and pulled on the door as I realized they were closed. As I turned around to walk away a Gentleman opened the door and offered us to the restroom If that’s what we needed. I explained we just wanted some coffee and didn’t realize they were closed. He said “we still have some coffee come on in”. He gave us 2 coffees and didn’t charge us after he was closed. I’ve never been treated like this by an establishment EVER. Thank you For your kindness and the coffee was really good as well.“

“My husband and I never had an empanada before so we thought we would try them. I was a bit hesistant at first but let me say they did not disappoint! The crab one tasted wonderful, and real crab meat was used! The BBQ pulled chicken was delicious. My husband ordered a mushroom one and was not a fan of it...it lacked something. The apple pie was amazing!! You can tell the owners put time and care into making these. They were not greasy or anything! Will come by again when in area.“

“I had a great customer service experience at Woody’s in North East. While my meal didn’t come out as expected, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They not only comped my meal, but also offered a replacement of my choice and even treated my two boys to ice cream. Our waitress, Brenda, along with the rest of the team, truly went above and beyond to make things right. Their level of care and attention turned a disappointing moment into a very positive experience. Excellent customer service all around!“

“I have been to Broken Spoke many times and always have such a lovely experience! The owners are really awesome and have created a very welcoming and fun winery with delicious wines and exciting events. They always have the classics and additionally seem to have new wines every time I come! This time around my favorite was the Cheep Cheep, a peach Vidal Blanc (if I remember correctly). I highly recommend Broken Spoke to anyone who lives in or is visiting the area!“

“I went with my entire family for a ride to Lee's Landing. We went on a Thursday evening and made reservations. We sat inside due to the excessive 100* heat.
Everyone order crushes to start off the evening with various appetizers.
We all ordered the brioled crab cake sandwiches that everyone really enjoyed. I wasn't a big fan of the french fries and would opt out to potato chips on my next visit.
There are beautiful views of the Susquehanna in the quaint town of Port Deposit. This is a great visit along the Eastern Shore and we will visit again.“

“My husband and I were killing some time waiting for the Jim Bruer event or start and stumbled on to this restaurant. The food was so good and one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I love the atmosphere and right on water. The service was awesome and people very friendly. This is my new favorite restaurant!!!“

“Met these guys at Seafood Festival in Knoxville, TN this wknd. That being said, all vendors had to mark their prices up to cover vending fees. But these guys had plenty of tasty offerings, including rockfish stuffed with a real Maryland crabcake, & it was incredible, & worth it! Even their house fries were unique & delicious! “Great place to stop and refresh. Large indoor eating area with decent bathrooms, security, and restaurants. There is some green space and a small hotshot. They also have vending machines, oh machines, and massage chairs. This visitor center is worth a stop.“

“We recently relocated to Hdg and MacGregor's is fast becoming our favorite spot to get appetizers,meals and drinks. The view from the outside bar area is unmatched and the staff is always on point. Our server, Brando, is friendly, funny and just an overall pleasure to be around. Having staff that make you want to stay longer is important for a restaurant. The food is amazing and has very creative flavor combos.I highly recommend trying out MacGregor's if you haven't already.“
