“Amazing food. About 7 minutes from I-95, Great Wolf Lodge, and Hollywood Casino. GREAT FOOD for take out. Every item they offer has been wonderful. I have been eating at this restaurant for around 30 years. The owners are wonderful, the food is wonderful. My whole family gets their Italian food, and they make my favorite cheesesteak. Small dining area, we usually take out and eat near the river.”

“We had the best experience for my daughter’s Birthday Jan. 8th! Lynn our server was excellent from start to finish. She made sure everything was good and checked on us periodically. She brought my daughter and son celebration balloon hats, birthday candle, ice cream and sang with a drum!!! It was a wonderful memory my family and I will cherish. Our food was fantastic! My daughter and I ordered sushi 🍣. My son ordered salmon teriyaki and my husband ordered the salmon hibachi. Everything was fresh and had great flavors. Amazing hibachi noodles, wished we lived closer. We will definitely be visiting again when we’re staying at the great wolf lodge.”

“We recently visited Battery Island Brewing Company while in MD for a wedding from out of state. I must say we were so pleased with the service we received. We were greeted warmly as if we had been coming there for years, my husband enjoyed a flight based on recommendations from our bartender (shout out Sam you were amazing) and I had the most delicious Always Sunny. We joked and talked about local treasures and the environment was 10/10. We will definitely find a reason to make our way back here.”

“We had such a lovely experience at its Masala Time! ❤ It’s a husband-and-wife-owned restaurant, and you can really feel the care they put into it. They personally take care of your order, check in with you, and make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in.

We ordered quite a few things—samosa, tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, Mutter Paneer, Shahi Paneer, mango lassi, papad, and achar. Everything we tried was delicious! The tandoori chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the chicken tikka masala was absolutely amazing.

The Shahi Paneer was creamier and richer, so if you enjoy a creamy texture, definitely give the Shahi Paneer a try!

We really enjoyed both the food and the warm, personal service. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the food they serve. We’re definitely going back to try more dishes. Highly recommend giving its Masala Time a try! ❤”

“My family and I came from Baltimore to visit family in Havre de Grace. We stopped downtown for some Christmas Displays. We wanted some coffee and parked in front of Concord Point Coffee. I walked up and pulled on the door as I realized they were closed. As I turned around to walk away a Gentleman opened the door and offered us to the restroom If that’s what we needed. I explained we just wanted some coffee and didn’t realize they were closed. He said “we still have some coffee come on in”. He gave us 2 coffees and didn’t charge us after he was closed. I’ve never been treated like this by an establishment EVER. Thank you For your kindness and the coffee was really good as well.”

“The Vineyard is a neighbor of ours. We have had customers come in and tell us how amazing the vineyard is. We decided to give them a try. WOW!!!! We were a party of 6. We ate 6 different dishes and every bite was mind blowing. The panko chicken was amazing, the spring salad with shrimp was the tastiest salad I’ve had in a long while. Needless to say, we will be back with family and friends. My son from California that was visiting HdG said their steak sandwich (lunch menu) was the best sandwich he’s ever had. This coming from a true Californian who eats everything under the sun. Great job Chef Ron. It was a true pleasure chatting with you. Keep up the amazing job. Oh and the staff??? The friendliest, happiest and attentive bunch ever.”

“I got a cup of turkey noodle soup and my entree was chicken parm pasta with fried zucchini. Just wow. Everything was homemade and clearly with love. Absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. What I also loved was the warm atmosphere and top tier customer service. The servers knew the patrons and that's such a special touch. Amber was a great server! I will absolutely be back.”

“Could not recommend Our Place more. I’ve never had a bad meal here, from breakfast to apps to dinner. Drinks are always delicious. Staff is so friendly and attentive. Really is “our place”!!! Pricing is more than fair, specials every night. We go at least 2 nights a week and have no plans to change that.”

“Really solid pizza joint. I really enjoyed the pie. If Barstool came through, I’d guess it’d score around a 7.7. The only thing keeping it from being higher is that the crust could use a little more crispiness, but the flavor is excellent. As it stands, I think it’s the best pizza in Northeast, and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.”
