Interesting place. Made dinner reservations for Valentines, but the only available slot was 5:00. That was the first seating, but the place was crowded from the get-go. Not a lot of room to maneuver. Service was decent (although I did have to ask twice about my partner's drink order), but the steaks we ordered (Black n' Blue and Crown Filet) were outstanding! Place pretty much cleared out around 7:00. Despite the few quirks, we definitely plan to go back.
We love Backfin Blues and this visit did not disappoint. Maura took good care of us in the bar area with refreshing beverages and food. Thanks to the chefs for our Berkshire chop, Ahi Tuna, wedge salad and the best soup in the world, Blazin CrabThanks everyonePatti and Joe

This may be the weirdest review ever but here goes. I have never actually eaten here but was stationed at Aberdeen PG in 1970-71. Really enjoyed Maryland for the most part and growing up in Mississippi I was exposed to several dishes that we had never heard of at the time in the Deep South.
