Great atmosphere makes u feel like ur on a tropical island somewhere right on the water with great views, the food and drinks were great at reasonable prices they even had a live band playing on a Saturday afternoon and the service was exceptional! “My son and I stopped here on Saturday on our bikes. We bought a bag of fresh steamed crabs and sat outside and ate them. The owners were super nice and even brought us some paper towels out. Crabs were fantastic. Will be stopping again to try some of the other items out. Awesome place!“

“We are new to area and often road by Mr Ed’s. We decided to try his crabs. It was amazing. The size of crabs and how full they were. I knew they were fresh as The mustard inside was good. lol I recommend Mr Ed’s not only for the size of crabs but for his seasoning. Sweet crabs are the best. It was nice to get your moneys worth . The young lady was also very nice as she carried my crabs to my car for me. All in all I could not have had better crabs. Been there twice now and each time the crabs were great.“

“First time customer. All three of us got a burger. It was really good! 9 out of 10. Their fries are thick and softer in the middle like those mashed potato fries. 3 out of 10. I’m not a huge fan. Their only flavor was salt. They need to add some seasoning and make them unique. They were bland/boring. Bartenders and wait staff were awesome. The place was pretty cool and plenty of parking. We’ll be back!“

“We returned to the Bayou after 18 months of Covid precautions and it was wonderful! Although I usually get seafood or other items, I tried the flank steak. It was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. My dining partner said he had some of the best fried oyster that he had ever tasted. We shared a bottle of wine and celebrated a great night out! Our server was attentive, but not overly so. The portions were very large. Overall a great time and well worth it!“

“This is the second time in a month that we have eaten here and the food was fantastic and the service is even better. Everyone who helped us this evening had a smile on their face and were super friendly. Definitely a hidden gem. We had a large party of 10 as well which isn’t always easy to accommodate.“

“WOW just WOW. Mackenzie my server just puts the M in Magnificent. I had the Crab cake platter and My crab cakes were very tasty and I feel like I paid a good price overall for my meal. Mackenzie was the only server who greeted with me with a smile and was very attentive to my needs. I had some trouble understanding the menu and Mackenzie helped me pick out what was best for me.
