“We've been going to Lib's for years. They have always maintained a good atmosphere. All of the wait staff is friendly and courteous. Every patron is treated with respect and patience. The food is great and the prices are wonderfully matched to the portion size. The managerial staff checks on customers to insure that there are no issues whatsoever. All of this customer service feels unscripted and not forced behavior. That really means a lot. It shows on all of the employees faces that they indeed enjoy having you as a guest! We were fortunate this time to have Elizabeth as our waitress and she was fantastic! I must also mention the young african american man who was shucking the oysters, he was so courteous and you could see the pride and professionalism in his work! “There was a rush of people all coming in at the same time and the hostess remained calm and got everybody seated in a reasonable amount of time without overwhelming her servers. Our waitress was very friendly and knew the dishes well, as we had one person who had dietary restrictions, and she was able to tell her what she could and could not eat. “We tried this place for the first time. There are plenty of seating. There was a bit of long wait to get our food but when it finally came they were so good. So I guess you can say it was worth the wait. We definitely recommend the fish and chips , fish tacos and if you are a fan the blue point oysters on the half shell is always good.“

“I came here last week to pick up some food for me and my mom so I don't have to cook all the time. I got the spinach and brie quiche, the Italian roasted vegetables, and the core slaw. Everything was so delicious and fresh! I would like to see more info on the food packaging such as ingredients and nutrients. Also, I tried to microwave the containers-- not a great idea! Lol. Also, would love to see some low sodium options. I will be back to see what Lovejoy's has every couple of weeks when I need a break from cooking again. “Crabs really good. We never buy anything less than extra large.The rest of the items for sale in the refrigerator cases have all gone down hill. They don't make salads and soups the way they used to so we just get crabs. Thankfully I got the old shrimp mac salad recipe awhile ago from a friend who used to work there.“

The food (as always) was amazing, the service was great (and I had a party of 25), and the ambience was ideal (decorated festive for Christmas). This is why I gave the atmosphere only 2 stars. I don't like to frequent businesses which are not accessible to all. The oysters are always fresh & delicious, the oyster stew is a delicious seasonal treat & the Steamed Crabs have always meet or exceeded my expectations. The Iced Dock sandwiches are out of this world & so is the Shrimp Salad.... In over 3 yrs, I have never once been disappointed! Today, Kylie took my dinner order. Not only was she super nice, but she was extremely knowledgeable & answered all of my questions over the phone.When I came in to pick up my order, I was greeted with a smile. Charming, intimate atmosphere, with lower light and a quiet vibe great for relaxing with amazing food, sipping a good beverage (wine, saki and beer) and enjoying some down time. Have been going for a lot of years and think they are consistently elevating their game. Sushi is top quality with lots of choices, two of our favorites are the Monster Roll and Snow Maki. So many great dishes over the years and one of our new favorite is the Seafood Fried Rice. This version is different from every other version I've had, and much better! It seems more steamed and sticky compared to the usual hard and oily versions. I cannot get enough of this new favorite of ours. “My group tried this restaurant after bowling. Everything was so delicious! I had the clams casino appetizer and the Mykonos meal which is a filet mignon with stuffed shrimp on top with two side. I was skeptical at first but wow, I was NOT disappointed. The filet was so tender almost melt in your mouth, the crab imperial on top the shrimp was divine. Loaded with crab meat, seasoned well and cooked perfectly. “Tried these crabs about 1 month ago, the $1.00 males. Also I asked for more seasoning on them and they quickly put it on, no problem! Because this was a trial run on Bob's, I ordered 6 (they gave me 7). So happy, These were med-small ones. Have to admit they were solid, tasty, and the seasoning was perfect.Jumping ahead to today, ordered the $3.00 med ones, again males, another 6. They were as they should be, in my mind. Waited about 1 min for the order to be filled.This is my new "GO TO" crab-house.Customer service is fantastic. All of the staff is very pleasant and helpful. “Such a great experience for our first time here, we were recommended this place by my boss and I'm so glad we took the recommendation because the food was absolutely delicious and we tried each other's plate so we could get a taste of more and the salmon was so scrumptious and the crab cake was incredible with jumbo lump meat but that Crab dip bread bowl was absolutely out of this world!! “We are from out of town, visiting friends. We had beautiful steaks but the kids were asking for surf&turf. We called Edge Crab House right when they open and placed a 5lbs snow crab clusters order for pick up. Ordering over the phone was super easy. We opted for garlic butter flavor and Cajun seasoning on the side. The order was hot and ready when we picked up, and was still hot after a 25 min. drive. Let me tell you: our grass fed organic steaks were beautiful, but the snow crab clusters were just delicious: juicy and meaty, and just perfect. But by far the star of the show was that Cajun sauce.. YUM!!! I could drink the Cajun seasoning by the bottle. So very good. We were very happy and satisfied with our order, and def will be back.“

“This place Rock(s) literally ?. I paid a little over $100 for me and my daughter including tip and unlike the other place I rated, it was well worth it! They have appetizers and desserts included with their buffet. They allow you to pick whatever you want off of their list and all of the food is pretty good, including their fried food which is rare for this kind of restaurant. They even have their own secret sauce for the fried shrimp that you see a lot of modern chefs use on their seafood platters. They give you a 90 minute or 2 hour limit but unless you're having a eating competition or a hole in your belly, it is more than enough time. Service was not too bad, it was kind of crowded the day we went but I left satisfied with my piece of cold chocolate cake. P.S. these types of restaurants charge your children by height so remember to pay, attention and ask questions so you won't be caught off guard!“

“The Bowman is as flexible as a restaurant can really get! Seems to me there's a new chef whom I'd advise they treat VERY WELL, because the menu has taken a quantum leap into awesomeness. There are plenty of American food items, but someone in the back of the house has Italian roots and incredible culinary acumen! (Aurancini?! REALLY?! Oh, my. That was a joy!) The atmosphere is varied. The bar area has high-tops and lots of TV's; the dining area (white tablecloth) may be a bit affected by the bar area unless in the back room. But nice, open feeling as dining area is an atrium. There's a ballroom, I think, as well as an outdoor enclosed area where happy hours feature live music. I do believe Magooby's Joke House still uses the 'below decks' banquet room & they get great acts. So glad Bowman made it through C19... Hamilton/Parkville & surrounding area staple restaurant. Enjoy! Consistently great.Parking: Both sides of the building have ample parking. If you enter on the Northside, I think you have to walk in the sidewalk to the south front of the building to get inside, but not sure. I don't quite know where the handicapped spots are, actually. “The cream of crab is not what I have had in the past. Although it did still taste yummy, It had only a shred of crab and no potato chunks like it used to. Very disappointing.
