“Went to the Rosedale location yesterday. My friend had never been, so I was excited to show her this place. We both got the AYCE special, which is ridiculously cheap for all the food you get! John was our server and he was fantastic! Friendly, checked on us a lot and actually demonstrated to us how to eat a crawfish! We will definitely request him when we go back! “Thursday evening was my first time there. We made a reservation and were seated right away. We were there for steamed crabs. Our server immediately put our order in and brought our drinks. Our crabs came out pretty quickly. I can’t say enough about the two ladies that were serving us. They were very attentive but not to the extreme. Both were very friendly. Our crabs were excellent! Not one light crab. We will definitely go back again. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service and a very friendly atmosphere, Bird River Inn is your place to go. Their food prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge!“

“Something about automatic gratuity that changes wait staff.

Me and my father came here for dinner, mind you neither of us have ever been. We were told to seat ourselves and sat for a few minutes before grabbing someone attention that no one has seen us. It really wasn't that busy but I felt that the time it took for our steamed snow crabs to come out was quite long. During the waiting period we needed another round of drinks which felt like they were avoiding because they knew we were hungry. When asking to check on our food seemed like a bother she showed up with our plates.. me and my dad were low key talking about how no one was smiling or giving their best customer service. I was in the restaurant industry for a long time. A pleasant server makes the experience. All boxes were checked when our check showed up with tip already included which was never mentioned.“

The fish tacos had a nice kick of heat from the peppers added, the taco shells were crispy, and the toppings and fish were delicious. Both sides tasted homemade. I would recommend this place. When he returned we ordered a crab cake sandwich with fries, fried oyster sub with onion rings, and a crab pretzel appetizer. The food and service was outstanding. Our drinks were never empty. “This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. We hosted a private event at One Eleven Main. The chef/owner met with us personally to go over the menu. We winnowed down the options somewhat, but basically, he left us the whole menu for guests to choose from. The cocktail hour was outstanding. The bartender was inventive. The wine choices were resplendent. Passed hors d'oeuvres were BBA Shrimp, Crab Balls, and Mushroom Tartlets. All were delicious. We filled every seat in the restaurant, and everyone made their individual choices and somehow this small kitchen produced meal after delicious meal in short order. No one was waiting for their meal. We had the King Salmon, Sea Bass, Filet Mignon, Duck Breast, and a vegetarian pasta. Everyone raved about their particular dish. For dessert? The chef's own take on a Smore (pots de creme, Gram cracker crumbles, and toasted marshmallow). Yum!! The staff were all so attentive and polite. This is a destination restaurant!“

“The atmosphere was clean and a good vibe. Our waiter was magnificent. The food however, I had steam broccoli that I couldn't bite into. The waiter took it back and brought out more but that broccoli was just chopped still the same toughness. We order a steam bowl it was season at all. The mix drinks were strong but tasteless. I order a peach drink and no hint of peach was in it at all. The water by far was the best ??“

“Dinner @ Alice's tonight. Crabcake Special tonight. I'd put this crabcake up against any in the Baltimore area. Huge portion of Lump Crabmeat. No filler. Broiled with a side of baked potato... Yummy! Top it off with hot apple pie and a scoop of ice cream. Our waitress, Tina was excellent. Brewed me fresh coffee. Dining room is quaint A sit down bar is available also. About 5 TV's with a huge one overtop the fireplace. We'll be back soon ??

“We got crabcakes sent to Florida for our birthdays. Me October 6 and my Sister October 11th and had them tonight for pre hurricane dinner. They were delicious my sister got 3 tubs so we are hoping we don't lose power too long. Unfortunately we have an electric stove.“

Moist beef and the crab cake with crab imperial was divine. The fries were cooked perfect, nice and crunchy but just as soft on the inside. They were NOT coated! Prices were very reasonable. When you get food like this, you don't mind what it costs as long as it is great. Again, ask for Holly to be your waitress. The best server we have had in a long time. “This place is nice. Owners are very nice. Upgraded a lot and atmosphere is very welcoming. I have a complaint about the bartender Dar or Darcy something they call her. Never smiles Comes to you and look at you but don’t ask what can I get you. She waits for you to say something. Acts like she don’t want to be there. Does not know how to make mixed drinks and gets an attitude when you ask. She is bad for business. She waits on who she choose to wait on. I have heard a few people complain about her. You’re doing a fine job don’t let one bad seed ruin it. Put a ad in the paper or advertisement looking for customer oriented bartenders. She not it“

“It's definitely one of the top sushi spots in Harford County. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you go inside, the decor and atmosphere are quite nice. They offer sushi, hibachi, and also, beer, wine, and sake. They had a 2 or 3 roll special when my wife and I dined. The special didn't include all the rolls on the menu, but it includes the majority. We ordered miso soup, seaweed salad, and a 3 roll special. We chose the Good time Roll, the Tiffany Roll, and the Mexican Roll. They were well made and delicious! Nice presentation as well. For dessert, we ordered fried ice cream. It was a tempora coated scoop of vanilla. Delicious! Service staff was great! We will be back.“

“I was out running errands and instead of going for fast food or other popular restaurants, I went to this bar because they had corned beef and cabbage on St Patrick's day which was awesome so I tried their spaghetti and meat sauce. It took a while to get waited on, food was was good. The sides they listed on menu board were extra cost and do not come with your meal which I thought was odd. They didn't have any parmesan cheese for my meal which I missed having. They have plenty of tv's to watch the O's. Pool tables,shuffleboard, several beers on tap. I will go back because I try to support local bussinesses. I think I caught them on an off day thus the reason I gave 4 stars.“

I got the half chicken, Pinto beans and Chaufa rice the portions were great, price is right. The chicken was very well seasoned and juicy, the rice was delicious and the pinto beans were immaculate. Unfortunately our app of Mozzarella Kabobs was quite small. Two skewers with 8 quarter size pieces for $12 was very over priced. Suggestion either increase the quantity of the app or please lower the price. Definitely will not order that again.“

“Definitely call ahead to order because they get very busy at times, especially at night. Great food for a great price I got the #6 2 pc catfish combo and fries for 8.99. the box was filled with fries on the bottom, and the catfish pieces were very big, it was almost like you were eating 4 pieces from another restaurant. The fried chicken is also pretty good too, 11.99 was how much it cost for 8 pieces and it was cooked well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but good restaurant to eat at.“
