“There was a rush of people all coming in at the same time and the hostess remained calm and got everybody seated in a reasonable amount of time without overwhelming her servers. Our waitress was very friendly and knew the dishes well, as we had one person who had dietary restrictions, and she was able to tell her what she could and could not eat. “We tried this place for the first time. There are plenty of seating. There was a bit of long wait to get our food but when it finally came they were so good. This place always does a good job with our party and really do not have any complaints. Charming, intimate atmosphere, with lower light and a quiet vibe great for relaxing with amazing food, sipping a good beverage (wine, saki and beer) and enjoying some down time. Have been going for a lot of years and think they are consistently elevating their game. Sushi is top quality with lots of choices, two of our favorites are the Monster Roll and Snow Maki. So many great dishes over the years and one of our new favorite is the Seafood Fried Rice. This version is different from every other version I've had, and much better! It seems more steamed and sticky compared to the usual hard and oily versions. I cannot get enough of this new favorite of ours. “We are from out of town, visiting friends. We had beautiful steaks but the kids were asking for surf&turf. We called Edge Crab House right when they open and placed a 5lbs snow crab clusters order for pick up. Ordering over the phone was super easy. We opted for garlic butter flavor and Cajun seasoning on the side. The order was hot and ready when we picked up, and was still hot after a 25 min. drive. Let me tell you: our grass fed organic steaks were beautiful, but the snow crab clusters were just delicious: juicy and meaty, and just perfect. But by far the star of the show was that Cajun sauce.. YUM!!! I could drink the Cajun seasoning by the bottle. So very good. We were very happy and satisfied with our order, and def will be back.“

Drinks were ordered and she came back almost immediately with our drinks and asked for our order. I ordered the crab cake, cole slaw and stewed tomatoes-hubby had stuffed lobster with shrimp. Crab cake was jumbo lump which was very tasty! Maybe a bit too much filler, but it did have excellent flavor! The stuffed lobster had to go back as it was undercooked. Regardless, when it did it was amazing as well!Hubby's meal came with another full loaf of bread, so we took that with us. It must be homemade, as it is some of the freshest bread ever! If you are not pescatarian then you will be disappointed unless French fries are what you’re looking for.Parking: Parking is weird. There are a handful of spots near the restaurant and down the hill. The main/overflow parking is about 750ft from the restaurant at a marina.Kid-friendliness: Kids can play in the sand outside. But the vibe is much more adult and that of a bar, not a family restaurant. It’s a day drinking spot for sure. Lots of boaters.Wheelchair accessibility: The outside area is definitely wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is ground floor but the entrance at the front is small and has a couple of tighter turns and one step up.“

The seared tuna appetizer was great. Heavy handed on the blackened seasoning but I enjoyed it none the less. I will go back if in the area again.“

BBQ chicken, Jerk Chicken, curries, fried plantains, beans and rice, etc. I was in line when I expressed interest in the diner in line ahead of me was getting. Seconds later I the mom was handing me a small bowl with oxtails for my first sample. Ultimately I ordered it. Too fatty for my taste, but the sauce was tasty and made the red beans and rice wonderful. Jerk chicken was tasty and moist. Sides were hit and miss. Hot fries were good. My corn muffin was stunningly fresh - definitely made that day if not an hour before because it was still a little warm and very moist. No mass produced dry cornbread there. No normal fountain drinks. Instead, bottles of Coke de Mexico and homespun concoctions, including a tamarind drink. My daughter enjoyed her orange-pineapple-ginger juice. Lots of people getting carry out. The dining room is spartan. Not a romantic place but functional. I hope to get back there again when I am in the area. 4.5 stars.“

“I’ve been getting crabs from them for years. I use to call Jim and tell him I was coming from Howard County and he would wait for me if it was close to closing. “Excellent authentic Peruvian cuisine. Family owned & run. Located in the old Baldwins restaurant adjacent to Rita's Ice Cream. The Causa de Pollo was extraordinary with a kick of lime in the chicken salad. Enough for 2. The family half chicken [white meat] filled the plate with two pieces of chicken, inches high. The herbs made the chicken taste wonderful. We took some home. Tres Leches for dessert was the best I ever had in Cuban, Spanish, or Portuguese restaurants. More than enough for 2. We were guided through all this by an expert & welcoming Enrique. He's an institution! This is a brilliant restaurant for a Peruvian atmosphere, throbbing music, & magnificent Peruvian food.“
