Food is not consistent. One day our boil was so so good that we returned a few days later & ordered the same boil & sauce. The crab legs were mushy, the sauce was minimal & thin as water with a little seasoning & it didn’t seem to be made w/any butter. It was as though pot water was poured over the seafood. Our group of 9 had reserved the party area which was quite spacious and separated from the majority of the restaurant. DeJa was our server. She was capable, helpful and always smiling. The Dungeness crabs were absolutely delicious! The kids loved the crab balls & Key lime pie too. We look forward to our next visit.
The food was delicious we ordered AYCE. The urban blend sauce needs a patent and sold in stores. Everything tray came out the kitchen fresh and hot. I really enjoyed the catfish tacos. And did I mention Happy Hour on Saturday until 5pm. 10/10

Based on the reviews, Urban Crab Boil has friendly staff, and the food and bar stock have definitely improved. The food is really good, with specific mentions of the spring rolls being quite good, the boom boom shrimp being really good, and the urban shrimp and noodles being good with a tad of spice. The seafood all you can eat is very good, and the shrimp was good. Drinks were strong, and there are great happy hour deals including delicious white sangria, green tea, and barbie, as well as sweet potato fries. Service can be slow, and the music is too loud. The kitchen was a little slow from being short staffed, but the manager checked on the table. One server was amazing, very nice, attentive, and helpful, while another was the best, very attentive, warm, and personable.
