TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURE ON THE LEFT! My burger was not fresh—it was soggy, nasty, and completely unappetizing. To make it worse, you didn’t even get my order right. I asked for a single burger with no cheese, and you repeated it back to me when you handed me my food—yet it was still wrong.

Went there today at 2pm. Line of 10 or so in line inside. One order taker Waited over 10 minutes and the same couple was still ordering!! Place was filthy with napkins and other trash on the floor!! They were overwhelmed 20 cars in drive thru. I left after 15 minutes in line. Franchise owner needs to step up!!!
