“This place was alot of fun. We loved chesapeake city and we had lunch here and then we had a late dinner here. Both times were great. The staff is so friendly and the drinks were delicious. My favorite was their calamari. The tequila and the truffle. Amazing! Alao the sushi was so good. The outdoor seating was very comfortable and at night it's all lit up beautifully right next to the boats and the live music. A great experience.”

We reserved a couple tables for a corporate outing, and from the moment we arrived, the tropical vibes were on point – swaying palm trees, string lights, and live music created the ultimate island atmosphere. We received excellent service - our waitresses were prompt and helpful. The seating is spacious and comfortable, with a mix of shaded tables and fans. Whether you're stopping by after a day on the water or just looking for a laid-back dinner spot, the Inn is a must-visit.”

“My daughter and son-in-law brought us to the Bayard House over the Christmas holidays 2024, and we were impressed-with the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the views! We wanted to do something special for our Army Captain daughter, Noella Rogers, when she promoted to Major yesterday. Remembering how much she and her husband, Jeff, love Bayard House, we called about getting a gift card. Chris Amon, (not sure of the spelling), Assistant General Manager, answered. When he told me that we'd have to come in and purchase it, I told him that we lived in Texas, so that wouldn't be possible. I was about to hang up, but Chris asked where my daughter lives. When I told him, he said that he lived close to her town and volunteered to hand-deliver it! Wow! He didn't have to do that! Not only did he hand-deliver it this morning, April 24th, he bought and placed it inside a card for her. Talk about going above the call of duty! Bayard House, hang onto Chris because that guy is gold! Everyone else, if you haven't tried it out yet, go get you something wonderful to eat at Bayard House! Chris, we look forward to thanking you in person the next time we come to Maryland for a visit!”

“I’m not usually hanging out in the area, but I needed to get my car windshield replaced yesterday and had to run a long zoom meeting afterwards. So I needed somewhere to camp out afterwards since I wouldn’t make it back home to wilmington in time. I stumbled upon this place in my “coffee shops” map search. Everyone working was very kind, and the drink + bagel i had were both so good that I felt compelled to actually write this FB review. I have been mourning the loss of my favorite wilmington boba spot (it sounds dramatic but I am serious, the others just aren’t the same) so am so glad to have found a good one, even if it’s a little bit of a hike.”
