They boast a DJ on weekends, and an exceptional patio area where they host events with live music. Highly recommend.“
“I gave it five stars because if you want a Steak & Cheese Sub this is the place to go. I've had some pretty bad ones over the years at other places, trust me. I sat at the bar and enjoyed it. The bartender who is my server was very polite, congenial, and attentive. The other clientele seemed very relaxed and pleasant as well and seemed to be having a good time chatting with others and enjoying their meals and/or drinks. There are pool tables in and adjacent room that I assume are for all the guests, as well as regulars for tournaments and so forth. There was a jukebox on the wall that I assume gets the place more festive toward the evening. I was there on the afternoon. I looked over the menu and I really enjoyed what I was seeing. They have a lot of interesting choices. I will be going back! ?“
“Great location with a nice sandy beach for relaxing with a drink and friends. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the fact that my significant other and I stood and waited at the main bar for over 15 minutes and nobody helped us. We felt very ignored by the bar tenders who looked at us several times then just walked right past us to serve the younger, scantily clad girls who just walked right up. We grew tired of being ignored so we went over to the concession stand about 100 ft from the bar and purchased beers from a lovely woman behind the counter there.“
“Group of nine met at Deep Blue @ Kitty Knight for a meal together on a quiet winter day. Most of us had dined here years ago before Deep Blue was operating. Interior of restaurant is lovely and much improved. Our group enjoyed lobster rolls, salmon/sides, crab mac&cheese, pork chop/sides and soup. Everyone loved their meals. Service spot on. Looking forward to trying brunch one Sunday (10-1).“
“I recently discovered The Retriever Bar & The Decoy Bottle Shop. The owner, Neyah, is down-to-earth and knows his stuff when it comes to high quality spirits. I was impressed by their extensive collection of highly sought after bottles such as Fortaleza (blanco, reposado, and añejo), not to mention the allocated bourbons they had available for tasting with options for both full and half pours. The food was the cherry on top! I also got to walk about with a bottle of G4 Repo and XA! Will definitely be returning here.
