This cafe is located in the Surgery Center building. Looks like the patrons are either people who works here or people visiting the building. Definitely repeating customers. Friendly interactions between the lady in the front and customers. Place is clean. It has wide variety of selections. There are about 12 tables. I was able to get a table at 12:30 on a Friday. A bit overpriced but I've never had anything bad here. If you work in the area you're paying for convenience. Other than the food they make fresh, they do sell convenience store type snacks (gum, candy, chips, canned sodas, etc).
