“Giving this place a solid 5 for overall experienceI stopped by Junction for lunch with a friend and this was my first time here.I got a bit overwhelmed at first because they have a few different menus and also one posted on the wall.I proceeded to ask the waitress what her favorite dishes were and she said “there’s a lot that I like” I liked her response because It means she tried a lot of the dishes and there really isn’t much you could go wrong with. She began going into detail about the different dishes and that made me feel really comfortable because while she was explaining I was reading the menu and she was spot on. She spoke with so much passion I was excited to enjoy my meal.We ordered a set of wings, the drunken fish combo and the $5 happy hour punch. & not to mention there Happy Hour is Monday- Friday 11-8pm! I love It here! lolI like my wing fried hard which they weren’t but they were cooked well. The fish sandwich was HUGE & crunch my on the outside but soft on the inside. The fries were my favorite- so tasty. The drink was not your typical rum punch which was a nice touch but was definitely not expecting that.I would definitely come again and maybe next time try some of the baked goods!Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcomed!“

“Excellent food, excellent service! My wife and I had been trying to go to this place for quite some time (place is booked weeks in advance and for a good reason) so we finally booked a reservation to go with some friends and we all had a really good experience. I would have to disagree with some of other reviews on the service. Our waiter (and at least one other that was serving the table next to us) were very attentive, they had pretty good knowledge of the menu (including good recommendations on wine and dessert liqueuers), and service was fast and no errors on our orders. And the food was pretty authentic! Definitely try the Escargots and Beet salad (Betteraves - if you like beets you are going to love this salad). For mains we got Loup de Mère a(Sea Bass), Confit Canard and Steak Frites. Steak was perfectly cooked and the Sea Bass' almond-capers beurre was delicious (perfect amount of this butter sauce in the dish). My wife favorite French dish is the Confit Canard and Cafe Colline knows how to make it. She loved it. I tried some and I'll definitely will be back for that dish. And don't skip dessert, plenty to choose from (Creme Brulee, Pots de Creme and Olive Oil Cake were our choices, and they did not disappoint!). Make sure you plan ahead, as again this place is pretty booked most of the time.“

“Had brunch here over the weekend with some friends for my birthday. Bottomless mimosas/rails is definitely the move! Brussels sprouts (on the side menu) were so good! Definitely need to be an appetizer option. Chicken and waffles were fine, nothing to write home about. Overall great for the price.“

“This mouse birthday dessert was delectable. The ambience in the restaurant at lunch is quiet, clean and refreshing. My favorite place to be is the lobby by the fireplace during the holiday. Our server, Juan, Carlos is always extremely attentive and kind.“

“Had a lovely time here for their Colombian band. Brazilian restaurant with excellent crowd and vibes. The food is listed as “tapas” but are huge portions we had the chicken parm and shared it which was Delicious and the caipirinhas took me back to the beach in Rio??! So so good! Good looking and friendly servers. We’ll definitely be back for more live music and Latin dancing with the DJ!“

“We stopped here for lunch because it was dog friendly, but that's only outside on the patio so thankfully we found a small table available. We ordered at the counter and they gave us a marker so they could bring the food to us. I ordered the Brussels sprout salad and added falafel. This salad was so amazingly delicious. I love roasted Brussels sprouts, and this hit the spot and was surprisingly filling. However, I wish there had been some other items in there to add some variety to the dish. My husband got the southwest salad and that came with chicken chorizo, black beans, cheese and avocado and he enjoyed it and it was also very filling. Very good and would recommend this restaurant.“

“WARNING: IF YOU COME HERE YOU MAY FALL IN LOVE WITH THE BLUEBERRY ROOT BEER.jokes aside, this takes the title of my favorite place to eat in the dmv area. great food, great atmosphere, AND DID I MENTION THE BLUEBERRY ROOT BEER YET ITS SO GOOD HOLY CRAPbut for reals, great place to splurge on food and drink, a bit pricey, but the taste and portion sizes more than make up for it. the outdoor seating could stand to be a bit more "wind resistant" as my hair, which is very long, kept getting in my mouth and ruining the taste of some of my bites. also THE BLUEBERRY ROOT BEERDietary restrictions: I personally have allergies to shellfish, and the waitstaff made sure to make it known which dishes had shellfish in them when I asked, which was nice.Parking: totally right next to the building, park anywhere and walk in (I think, I haven't been here in a while.)“
