Capitol Bistro Reviews
The breakfast was buffet style. It was good. Definitely worth the cost with the variety of food to choose from. The service was far. The atmosphere was good
One of the best restaurants my coworkers and I visited frequently it was out go to spot. Great quality food, good customer service and the price was excellent!

Capitol Bistro is a convenient dining option, particularly for hotel guests. The on-site restaurant provides a range of breakfast choices, including a cooked-to-order menu and a breakfast buffet. The buffet includes many options such as turkey and pork sausage, cage-free eggs, an oatmeal bar, cereal bar, yogurt parfaits, bagels, and croissants. While some may find the food selection satisfactory, others appreciate the friendly and attentive staff, who aim to provide good service. The waitresses take custom omelet orders and promptly report any missing items to the kitchen, updating guests when food is brought out. Orange juice and coffee are included in the buffet price, adding value to the experience. Although some guests feel the buffet might be a bit pricey, they note the inclusion of drinks and made-to-order items can make it worthwhile. Overall, Capitol Bistro offers a decent dining experience to start the day.
