“My apologies for the late review!!! I had a great experience at Checkers a couple weeks ago thanks to one of the employees who really went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which made the visit a lot better.The food was also on point. The fries were fresh and tasted like they were cooked in clean oil — which makes a huge difference because sometimes they can taste old or mixed with other fryer items. Everything came out hot and fresh. Overall, excellent service and great food. Employees like her really make the experience stand out.“

“This location has been my neighborhood Shake Shack for the past few years, but I'm just getting to write a review due to the excellent service we received today. My family and I dined in for a quick lunch, and it was the first time I was attended to with such care and diligence at a Shake Shack location! I didn't get the young gentleman's name, but an employee came around 2-3 times to check in on us and clear our plates almost immediately after our meal. I later found out he went out of his way to help take my family's order with ease when they had to transfer it from the self-serve kiosk to the cashier. Food was what you would expect (my lettuce wrap was a bit soggy from sitting around, so maybe preparing that last would be helpful), overall great experience!“

This one charges .50 most places charge zero. Some places charge 1.50. there's a training opportunity across the franchise.“

“I ordered fries and said no salt and they put that on receipt. I watched someone shake a large amount of salt and was thinking they were mine. The man bagging food noticed the no salt and immediately put in new fries. I got his attention when leaving and gave him a thumbs up. Great customer service. Great burgers, dogs and fries.“

“Walking in I was greeted right away. I was asked if I was going to dine in or takeout. I said dine in and was handed a menu and was told I can pick any seat.

The waitress came over and took my order. Breakfast Burrito, Blueberry Pancakes and Coffee! She asked what I wanted with the Pancakes. She mention potatoes, tomato’s. I opt’ed for the tomatoes since it was already going to be a good amount of food. I did ask if I could get a spicy mayo with the burrito. Sadly she said no. It comes with a salsa.

Coffee was good hot and fresh. Food came out. Everything was hot and yummy. The burrito had a classic omelette flavor. The salsa didn’t really add much to it. Sour cream was also served with it. I doubt I would get it again. I would just get a omelette. The pancakes were loaded with blueberries. Phenomenal!

Service was great! The waitress refilled my coffee 3 times. The aesthetics, it feels like the deli could use an update. You can tell it’s an older place. Still clean and all the plates, silverware, glasses were clean. Some people might be put off by how the deli looks inside.

Overall very good experience!

Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for a family and booths as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entry way is a little tricky but plenty of room and chairs and tables can be moved.“

I know it would be easy to "just give food", but the group of people in this Roy's do it with a compassion and professionalism that is just perfect. “Had the best Pumpkin Pie Blizzard I've ever had at this location on Thursday 9/29. Kudos to the lady that prepared it around 12:30/1pm(didn't get her name or would give her a shout out)!“

“This has nothing to do with their food or the inside. However I saw them do something a few minutes ago that I need to share for them. A lady was evicted and she sat outside all night with her stuff so nobody would take it. Today she got a uhaul and was hauling all her furniture alone. I didn’t see anybody she knows helping or just anybody in general helping. Until today I saw employees at five guys helping her load the truck. They went beyond their job title. It was just truly awesome of them to do this.“

“Went back to this location after a while, because my first go around the experience wasn’t so good (food issue). Gave it another shot after a while and this time there was no issues with the food. The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. Even though I made an honest mistake, kudos to this staff for their excellent service.“

“Went to Five Guys last night to get burgers and fries for dinner. Been a long time since I have been there. The facility is clean and well staffed. People were friendly and efficient. They were busy but processed my order quickly. I ordered one little cheeseburger with catchup and one little cheeseburger all they way along with a small order of fries to share. Five Guys has gotten a bit pricey but so has everyone else. $22.33 was the final tally. The burgers were great, juicy, done right. The all the way burger was loaded up and a meal in itself. Great soft buns that hold up until you are finished completes the sandwich. A small fries is all you need for two to share. They fill the cup up then dump more in the bag. The only complaint I have is Five Guys Fries are never crispy. That is there style. They are very good but a bit on the greasy side. But we ate it all up anyways! Enjoyed the meal, a special treat.“

“It's Wendy's lol They've only ever messed up one item from one order in all the time I've been here. They're fast enough. They don't try to sell me stuff i don't want. And I like their Wednesday mech and their charity that promotes adoption.“

“While we usually enjoy going to Applebee's, this most recent experience left a bit to be desired. While the service was excellent, the food left us a bit flat. My tomato soup had an overdose of cheese and there was a metallic taste to the soup. The garlicy green beans were dry and missing seasoning and the pasta was dry and missing enough sauce to complete the dish. Usually we don't have any complaints, but felt that something may have been of that evening.“
