“Visited this location twice - once around 2016 and then again this past week (April 2025). First was eat-in, and the second was takeout via the online ordering on Ledo's website. Both times the pizzas were made well, and service was great. Also nice to see easy (and delicious) customisation for the pizzas as well“

“My kids are a big fan. this Rt. 40 location specifically is super busy, yet, always had friendly service. It is hard to resist taking some of the voodoo fries from my kids’ order, it is soooo good.

“We get take out pizza at Philly's Best, and sometimes subs. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. The people are very nice. Caveat, a few years ago they had some very rude people working the counter but they have resolved that issue and everything is great here again with the service. The atmosphere is typical take out pizza and sub shop. Very clean and neat. Easy parking. The food is always delicious. Give Philly's Best in Thunder Hill a try, you will be glad that you ordered pizza and subs here.

“My girlfriend and I had a wonderful take out experience. The pepperoni pizza had a crispy crust, zesty sauce, and good ratio of cheese & pepperoni. The cheesesteak was exactly what I requested. Excellent amount of cheese, mayo, in a fresh toasted roll. The fries were golden but needed to be just a wee bit more crispy. Nonetheless, still great! Overall, a delightful meal that we look forward to enjoying again.“

“My husband and myself stopped in last night, 6/6/2024 after stopping at the dispensary because the smell coming from crimson coward smelt absolutely amazing and delicious. We both got the crimson sandwich and I got the mac and cheese as well and omg it was all absolutely mouthwatering and delicious! We got our daughter a kids meal to bring home to her since she was at her friends and she even loved it, even the crimson sauce which we didn't think she'd like. We will definitely be back! “Sunday brunch was delicious. Maryland style pizza never disappoints at this place. We all split the LEDO Italian salads. (they were huge) We also had one tray (square)of their pepperoni & sausage pizza and one tray of the plain cheese. The thin, flakey crust was cooked to perfection. (The pepperoni was sliced so thick and the sausage tasted fresh) The fries were a nice surprise- we thought we were getting the waffle fries, but the ones we got were done perfect! Hot and crispy.

“I had a 30 year high school reunion on May 3, 2024 at 3 pm. Everyone had a great time meeting with old friends again. The restaurant is quite spacious and accommodating for our needs.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“We just got into town and first stop we ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and a LIFO salad. We went shopping at the Giant as they made our dinner. We decided to eat there and they provided plates and silverware. The pizza was as good as always with plenty of toppings and the salad was delicious and a very big portion. The next day we chopped the leftover salad and added garbanzos and black olives and enjoyed it again. I had leftover pizza for 2 breakfasts. Really friendly people and really good food. Lots of parking in the lot.“

Just saying, I’d rather have none or 5, three feels pitiful. Like I want to donate an extra 5 cents so they can afford to offer that extra pack without going out of business.
