“Ive been a Chicken Basket customer since High School in 2007, and I can say that it keeps getting better. The new owner has nailed the classics. The food is tasty, not too greasy, and never over-fried. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this location also serves West African dishes. I have had a few of these meals which were fabulous. I also appreciate that the West African food is authentic yet made in a way that the spices are not overwhelming and anyone who is not used to the flavor profiles can easily adjust. This restaurant is truly a gem!!“

“I believe Jeffrey Blanco is the store manager. This review is well deserved!! This store makes the pizza 10/10 and Jeffrey Blanco is so friendly and his customer service is also 10/10! Lastly the store is always clean and smells clean. Hopefully this reaches corporate. I stopped buying papa Johns pizza for a while because it seemed like the pizza-making quality was going downhill. The first time I ordered from the store I haven't been back any other store since. I drive 30 min just to order from theirs store. Please give all the staff recognition, they deserve it!“

“Very authentic Chinese food. They have a big menu with variety of add ons and starter. I went there at around 5 so it wasn’t busy at all but they only had 1 staff so the wait for ordering was quite long. Thankfully, our food was ready within 15 minutes.“

“Great place mainly for take away with limited seating. I tried the vegetarian plate and leek bolanee (pastry). The veg plate has chickpeas , pumpkin and eggplant - hard to decide what is best. I chose the dish with freshly baked afgan bread but you can have rice too. The bolanee is a thin fried pastry - will get it again and next time I'll try the kabobs.“

“When I tell you that’s I’ve been looking for some good authentic bbq, I have! And, I’ve been disappointed up until now. I decided to give DCity Smokehouse a try. I got the smoked wings, ribs, and collards. The meats has a nice REAL smoked flavor, seasoned to perfection, and the collards were on point. I look forward to trying more food items from the menu. I highly recommend!“
