Typically the food we get is ok, but the wait times for food (even when ordering in the app) is ridiculous. They are always out of some food, and the drive through frequently takes 10 minutes or more. I really like their chili or I’d not come back.
Staff here needs proper management and training. Ordered a sandwich and the person taking the order was shocked when I asked for chicken instead of beef, like it’s the first he was hearing an order like that. When I got the sandwich it was missing ingredients. When I asked about the missing ingredient. The kid serving the sandwich was quick to respond that’s how it should be. I used to rarely have an issue with this location and when it was it was usually small things, like a forgotten sauce/straw or they didnt have an item in stock and they would just switch it out. However, the last few times I've gone now there's been a problem every time, from wrong food given, to missing items of food, etc. I don't know if it's just because of the holiday season or what but it's getting excessive.
