I love potbelly. Their customer service is to tier. The food is always hot and tasty. I’ve been looking for a good soup spot around and this place is it!!! I love it so so much. Please put one in owings mills 🫶🏾🫶🏾
Ist time there i was greeted i asked do you have a ladies room so I can wash hands. She said no. I placed order for soup guy told lady about my soup order he should have asked me which size? Never said Have a free cookie on us. The place very unprofessional. I ate my soup in there returned the oyster crackers. Not recommending that place. Seen
Excellent sandwich with good quality meats and bread. Got the Sicilian with hot peppers and onions and it was very flavorful and delicious. Awesome workers and very nice atmosphere to eat inside. Original sized sub was definitely enough for 1 person. This place is like the Jersey Mike's of hot subs.
