There is a woman who works at this location that is very nasty and racist to black people. She consistently ignores black people when they want service, but will be quick to help every other race. Instead of her asking me if I could move to the other side of the restaurant, she started to sweep around and close to my feet, and then put a long wet rag where my food was because she wanted me to move. She needs to be terminated ASAP.
Not my first time visiting this branch, but it will definitely be my last. First, he ignored me and kept cleaning the cookie tray. Then, when he finally took my order, he started misbehaving when I asked him to add more crunch, he replied saying abruptly, “That will be an extra charge.” I told him to calm down because I was willing to pay the extra charges. There was no need for the attitude.
