“We spotted this cute little place while walking by and those red umbrellas caught our eye. We sat outside under the trees and had the tortilla and falafel, the food was absolutely amazing! The staff were super friendly and attentive too. Definitely worth stopping by! ❤“

“Top-notch service; the staff takes exceptional care in preparing the sandwiches.
It is very clean, and the food is prepared right in front of you.
Many thanks to young Luis for the wonderful service he provides, and to everyone who works there.“

“Great sandwich at Charlie's. don't compare to Philly and you'll be satisfied. The staff wanted to work there and do a good job and they did. The first hot bite hit the spot but as it cools the seasonings are kind of strong. However, I liked the food and it's a great addition to Union Station.“

“A few years ago, I didn't like this Charleys location because the staff didn't do a good job and the place looked dirty; however, the new staff keeps everything clean, they are friendly, and the food is much better prepared, so I’ve started going back more often. I highly recommend it.“

“I had the best experience at this place, Alicia attended my husband, his autistic brother and I so well. She was so kind and patient, she took the time and effort to make sure that we had a great experience. Also, the food was amazing!
Thank you!“

“I placed a big order for Thanksgiving 🦃 and got around 50 wings 🍗 and fries 🍟. The wings came in 5 different flavors, and we were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality! With such a large order, we expected the wings to be soggy, but they were actually super crunchy and packed with flavor 😋👏.
The only downside was that the order came with just one container of ranch dipping sauce 😕, but the staff was really attentive, which made up for it 👍. The food was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re craving amazing bone-in wings! 🔥🍴“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.
Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“This my second time ordering from this restaurant and Idk what these people talking about but the food 10/10 and you can literally see them cook your food.
I think prices are reasonable (if you can’t afford it, don’t buy it ) 10/10
Quality 10/10.
Clean restaurant compared to others. (I’ve seen worst) 10/10
Staff are cool. Never seem rude, just busy doing their jobs. 10/10“
“I've been coming here for food for years, it has times where it's really well prepared and days where it is not so good. The cashier there is kind and lets you know how long it will take if you ask. I just bought some food I'm looking forward to enjoying.“

“The service was good, the food was DELICIOUS! We did not order wings, we ordered the Bulgogi (Korean Beef) and Spicy Chicken rice bowls and the flavor was fantastic ! We got a lot of food for a very reasonable price! The tables could have been a little cleaner.“

“I enjoyed my sandwich but my wife, who didn't want onions, not so much.
The sandwich was flavorful but my wife found onions throughout her sandwich which made her upset. We both couldn't eat the whole thing so the amount of food for the cost was great.
The fries were crispy and tasty on their own so I do recommend eating from here but be advised that this is a truck and no brick and mortar.
They do provide a picnic table to eat from if you do not want to eat in your car or wait until you get home.“
