The staff is unprofessional and they don’t fill the containers. As expensive as the ice cream is you’d think they’d at least give you your money’s worth. By far the worst location in the DMV.

I hadn’t been to a Cold Stone since I was a kid. My partner and I decided to get some ice cream and came to this place around 8pm. The single worker who was staffing the shop was polite and efficient and gave great portion sizes. That’s the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1, since the quality of the ice cream was an entirely different story. It tasted like slightly cold fluff with toppings inside.
