“Came here with a group of 8, friendly staff, you order food and drinks at the counter. They bring it out to your table and clear the table when done. The speed our food came out was fairly fast, and it was all good, home fries quite tasty. Full service coffee, with a lot of flavors and options as well as alcohol options. Quaint and cheery little place in town!”

“Great ice cream for the area, not the best I've ever had but it really is good. The ice cream is pretty heavy and there's none of those little chunks of ice to mess with the consistency. Servings are pretty large and cones are tasty. I do think that some of the fruit flavors could use some actual fruit chunks mixed in but that's more personal preference.”

“This place always has the best pizza!! They have the daily favorite (like chees, pepperoni and supreme) and then they feature something special. Today we had chicken cilantro and then we tried the eggroll pizza. Both of them were so good. The crust is always light and crispy. This is definitely our favorite pizza place.”

“This was from my third visit to Botanic cafe and I can't say enough great things about this local coffee shop. The location is next to a ton of local businesses and brings something truly artisan to Leonardtown. I am a vegetarian and am never disappointed by their rotating options and delicious staples. The coffee is the best in town. They have creative options and classics and they are all well made.I will say this is not a fast service spot - and for the quality you are just fooling yourself if you expect it to be. The warm interior and pastry case offer plenty to enjoy while you wait. Please give this local business a try next time you are in the area.”

“Food was good and seasoned well for my taste! Got the Oklahoma Smash Burger Combo. 2 things that made it 4 star instead of 5 were the fries and the bun. Fries sadly werent shoestring like the menu states and the bun was soggy. If I didn't take it home it probably would have been fine. Take away or delivery will always make the bun too soggy. Other than that its great! Great people making the food too.”

“Seriously, one of our favorite places. They are so welcoming and nice. They have everything from sweet fun wines to serious dry wines. Lots of variety with food trucks, or you can bring your own food. The enclosed patio has heaters if the weather is cool, and they are pet friendly. During our last visit with our two corgis, the staff was so welcoming and friendly, and even gave little dog treats to our fur babies. We will continue coming back, not just for the service and ambience, but for the wide variety and high quality of their wine.”

“Stopped here in our way through town and absolutely loved it! Shane was friendly and and excellent host. I felt like I was a guest at his house. We had two beer, the mahi tacos and the pretzel. Tacos were awesome! I can't wait to stop by again! Great atmosphere, energy and location.”

“This is one of those hidden jem places for great home cooking style food. Incredible view of the harbor from the outside tables. Just talk to the bartenders for transient slips. They make you feel like a regular by time you leave. This pirate will certainly stop again when visiting Cobb island!”

“I've been hearing all the chatter in town about this new coffee shop, so I just had to go see what all the fuss was about! Let me tell you, it was such a pleasure meeting the owner, she's super sweet, and the staff were really friendly too! As soon as I walked in, I could tell that the place was spotless. But let me tell you, I was already blown away even before I tried their banana peanut butter crepe. It was absolutely delicious and had me drooling! And the coffee? Oh, man, it was so good! It really had that strong coffee flavor that I love. And guess what? They even had a bunch of sugar-free options available! Seriously, stop reading and run over there right now. I promise you won't be disappointed!”

“If this building could talk, oh the stories it would tell you! Where the locals can hang out without breaking their pocket, and have a cold cocktail or ? My grandfather, father, and family friends all used to start, or end their evenings at Andersons.”

“Happened by here after work and gave it a try as I had commercials on the radio focused on the live music. Got a great local IPA from a local brewery across the Potomac and an ice cold glass just the right size. Lots of house made specials from an owner who is very hands on. We shared an order of the Chesapeake pay fries smothered in she crab soup and parm. They were absolutely delish and while a surprising combination paired well together. Even though it’s an hour from home, I’m already planning my next trip. Reduced hours off season so check before you go.”

“Mediocre food. Had the chicken "pesto" salad, and it was just regular chicken salad and like 2 slices of tomatoes. Atmosphere was busy and yet spacious. The two people who served and picked up our plates were very friendly. Overall nice place to catch lunch with people.”

“We hired Nomini Bay to serve oysters during cocktail hour and our wedding and the guests could not stop raving about both the raw and grilled oysters. Both were fantastic. Nomini Bay was great to work with. Professional, informative, and self sufficient. Having this vendor at our wedding was the perfect touch, especially for oyster lovers like ourselves!”

“This was an amazing little place to lunch with with a friend in Leonardtown. No pictures taken of food because we were so absorbed in the smells, the conversation and the quaint atmosphere. Atmosphere. Staff was so friendly and engaging. We split a pizza and then tiramisu for dessert. Definitely a place will go back to. Next time. I'll try for pictures!”

“I work here! And the people are great, always good vibes. I don't blame the food on my store, in general food everywhere has been making people sick. Definitely no to steak, I had a steak sandwich from a different location and I was sick for a week. Be careful but still enjoy! Too.your pizza with whatever you want. I learned so many yummy ways to make a pizza because of customers ?”

“While the decor is a bit dated, the food is pretty damn good for a golf course bar. Service CAN be a bit spotty due to crowd vs. staffing for the day, but everyone is nice and very accommodating. We go back repeatedly.I recommend the fried chicken sandwich fries. Somehow, they've recreated the classic McDonalds french fry before they changed the recipe.”

“All you can eat crabs on a Monday are worth it! The crabs were full and delicious. Angela was our server and I can't recommend her enough. She kept the drinks flowing and the crabs coming!”

“I usually love this brand, spicy cajun type chicken. Normally 5 stars, better than P*p E**s or B*******s. They are always in a gas station convenience mart. Maybe we were there at an off day or off time for this location? Chicken was tasty as always, just seemed old/tough.”

“This is one of the few remaining old school Southern Maryland bars. Shares the love for Mardi Gras, the Denver Broncos, and hosts the local softball, horseshoes, shuffle-bowling, dart, corn hole, and pool leagues, to include its own softball field. Inside bar, and outdoor bar in season. Enjoy very reasonable beers, mixed drinks, and the locals. Have to go somewhere else for food! Enjoy!”
