“We were the only customers when we went on a Tuesday about 7. But the owners were wonderful at helping us with their recommendations on the menu. We settled on a few sushi rolls and bulgogi with Tera beers all around. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The bulgogi was definitely a top cut of beef in a spectacular sauce. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. Please patronize this place.“
“1st time trying Phoenix Upper Main, while visiting from out of state. Led downstairs to a cozy pub-like room, where we enjoyed, burgers, fish & chips and Nachos with spicy jalapenos! Music was a bit loud for my taste, but, so glad to be together with my kids & Grandkids! ???“
“Recently opened in the Annapolis Town Center, located on the Riva Road side (near the new construction). The entrance is located on the first road. Not much parking available on that road, so I just parked across the street in the larger parking lot. Restaurant was on the smaller side (very clean) with seating for ~50 people with 3-4 TVs. Bar area seats 5. The food offered is basically sandwiches that represent different parts of the country (a couple of sides are available). There were 10 beers on tap with 4 pre-mixed cocktails. The beers were basically from local breweries. I only had the roasted salt and vinegar potato chips, which went well with the beer. Korey, the bartender, was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant did offer a 10% military discount on both food and drinks. I hope they expand their beer menu! I will be back.“
“We had the best time bringing a huge party here. The pizza was awesome, and my kids LOVED the fries. But actually the best part was the service and staff. It was A LOT to feed our crew and everyone did it with a smile and kindness. Go here and support this great place!“
“Excellent food, numerous good beer choices, and wonderful service. Very dog-friendly staff and plenty of room in the outdoor patio area for well-behaved dogs. Also really appreciate the focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible.“
“I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars because the food was very good. I got the Chicken Masala and I really liked it! However, if I were to take the service into consideration, it would be a 3 star review.I have a few recommendations for the establishment. When a customer walks in, have the staff greet them as soon as they notice them. “Hi! I’ll be with you in a second” always works great. I saw that the employee was busy so I didn’t bother him but any kind of communication that he noticed me at the register would have been appreciated. He walked past me multiple times. The employee didn’t say a word to me once he finally made it to the cash register. Without a word, he just looked up at me and waited for me to order. Typically employees say “Hi, what can I get you?” when taking an order. Maybe he was having a rough day and I understand that but customers do remember these little things, especially when it is a family owned business. Also, I ordered for takeout and I didn’t get napkins or plastic silverware.Overall, I really liked the food and I am the type of customer that will return for good food, but I believe that if you teach your staff basic customer service, your business will really flourish and you will 100% see a positive difference in your reviews.“
