“Great options for food if you’re feeling more Tex Mex style. Generally food is between $15-35 after tipping. Lunch specials can keep you under $20 with a tip and water. You may be slightly over with a soda. Alcohol drinks are great and they offer 22 oz draft beers for around $8-12. Service is quick and you can be in and out in 30 min or less if you’re rushing. Staff is experienced, friendly, and quick. The food is always consistently high quality. I go here about once a week for lunch during work and have never really had any issues.“

“I happened to be at The Renegade two weeks ago. I love country music so I thought it could be a great idea to show my brother this restaurant. We came from Spain and discovered this place! What we didn’t know is that we would meet Paul, who took care of us and “tour us around” their menu and options. The food was delicious and healthy as well! Artichokes, hummus, cauliflower and the chicken were amazing! My brother is vegetarian so they prepared a pad thai for him and he really enjoyed it. After dinner, was time to look everybody dancing on the floor… With the perfect atmosphere! I wish I could post some pictures!! “I love the cat theme pictures and menu they have here. It really makes the resturant a fun place to visit. I had the French toast, which was very tasty. The staff were all friendly and everyone seemed to enjoy their time in the resturant. Ill most definitely come back.“

“Went here on a whim when two of my brothers came to visit me in DC and were looking for a place that had natural wine. And man did they deliver!

The sommelier, Karim, is a gem of a person and I am going back just for him. He is so kind, very knowledgeable, friendly and just down right amazing. He truly made the experience!

We tried three different wines and ended up sharing a bottle. Paired it with their bacon wrapped dates, focaccia, the chips and labneh, a side of focaccia chips and some brie. Everything was so tasty! The butter paired with the focaccia was bright and light and melted right into the bread. The chips were so light and crunchy and paired so well with the labneh that was also bright in flavor. The bacon wrapped dates were stuffed with goat cheese and honey and were out of this world!

Don't sleep on this place! 10/10 will visit again 🫶“

“Coming from nyc and discovered this on the go and it was just delicious. Kimchi burrito was incredible (must get) and so was the brie sandwich. Came in a second time and got the pork katsu and was also amazing. The place is nice and clean and the way the burrito was carefully wrapped in a nice foil with the logo was a great touch, like you can tell they care.“

“If I could give Burgers @ Apollo 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect.

The burger was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Every bite was worth it! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, and the food came out quickly.

The front of the house has a few tables and a counter, giving the impression of a typical take-out joint. But they have the next store front too, with comfortable high and low tables. Since I was eating in, I was served on nice china, glassware, and real utensils. The Broccoli cheddar soup was excellent. It’s very clean and bright and the restroom is too. This is a much needed addition to the 12th St business district. I wish them much success. I’ll go for the full menu for sure. Hope you do too!“
