We love Cork! My boyfriend and I randomly popped in one day and had the best experience. We sat right at the bar and had the best experience with Karim who was so knowledgeable about their wines and wine in general. We ended up ordering food and were so happy with the steak! A hidden gem in DC. I could give The Cork 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Every dish tasted thoughtfully prepared from scratch, with the kind of care and attention that you can genuinely taste.
