Chipotle Mexican Grill in Columbia

“Three months ago the food here reminded me of when Chipotle first started — full of flavor and worth it. Today I stopped by before work and the food was completely bland and tasteless. I was shocked because I’ve never had an issue with the taste or quality before. Honestly, I don’t know what happened between then and now, but it makes me think twice about spending my money here again. The only good part was the portion my $12 half chicken & half steak bowl was a decent size but the flavor just wasn’t there.“

“Honestly, the food is excellent, the staff for assembling bowls... incompetent, multiple times they have messed up simple orders, whether for lack of care (I get it, it's fast food and it's hard to care about a min wage job) or a lack of understanding of the basic work and following requests.

I honestly want to like this location, but the workers and the loud music ruin the limited enjoyment there is to be had.

On this instance they ruined my order so badly, I just left, they failed on the simple step of what toppings to put on, they ask what I want, I say what I want, they question, I correct what they thought I said, they put the right item on, they then without being prompted load it with undesired garbage

Update.
They have gotten their act together, and service has improved greatly, the music still is off putting but otherwise great turnaround“

“Not sure I would have tried this location based upon the reviews, but I'm here to say my experience was fantastic. My steak bowl was prepared with everything I asked for and the portions were certainly very good. The entire thing was fresh and tasty. No issues, perfect experience! Thanks.“
