“Honestly, the food is excellent, the staff for assembling bowls... incompetent, multiple times they have messed up simple orders, whether for lack of care (I get it, it's fast food and it's hard to care about a min wage job) or a lack of understanding of the basic work and following requests.
I honestly want to like this location, but the workers and the loud music ruin the limited enjoyment there is to be had.
On this instance they ruined my order so badly, I just left, they failed on the simple step of what toppings to put on, they ask what I want, I say what I want, they question, I correct what they thought I said, they put the right item on, they then without being prompted load it with undesired garbage
Update.
They have gotten their act together, and service has improved greatly, the music still is off putting but otherwise great turnaround“

“Not sure I would have tried this location based upon the reviews, but I'm here to say my experience was fantastic. My steak bowl was prepared with everything I asked for and the portions were certainly very good. The entire thing was fresh and tasty. No issues, perfect experience! Thanks.“
“This is the FIRST chipotle I have been to in the DMV area that covered these points all with high marks:
1. Cleanliness
2. Great Customer Service-Friendly- Helpful
3. Food quality AND quantity
4. Didn't rush us
5. Fountain drink station was fresh
6. Cutlery Area Stocked & Cleaned
Food - I usually have a stomach ache after eating at chipotle. Not this time! You can tell they are clean. I noticed certain other chipotle's steak/chicken was hotter than normal which makes me believe they cook their steak on the same grill as the al pastor chicken. This locations steak tasted how it's SUPPOSED TO my bf and I took a sigh of relief after taking a bite...and another...and another ?. BEST PART: The guacamole WASN'T BROWN either, it was simply PERFECT! Double meat is ACTUALLY double meat and their steak was juicy! Seriously ya'll.
I really should've taken a picture but this was too good. I'm happy, my bf's happy. We get to go home stomach ache free and that's important. In restaurants it's a team effort but after all good management has to play a role in here. Fresh food is amazing and Customers know when its old or half cooked. Just please eat here you will NOT REGRET IT.
I'll leave a picture of the guacamole which is still cold (not cool or luke warm like other places) and fresh 30 minutes after my meal. It was a perfect addition to cool down with accompanying my summer meal.
This is the standard for chipotle!
Think about when your eating your guac maybe cool or lukewarm and notice it's starting to turn brown already....while you're eating it. Fyi- that's not normal.
Does your local chipotle check all the boxes???“
