“Ordered a meal off the app, selected to pick up inside, and it was ready when I arrived. Updated and modern interior. Self-serve soda fountain was not working when I visited, but was still able to get another drink before leaving. Nice workers.“

“A woman worker today showed my children such kindness. I was having a tough day and my boys we're typical toddlers, emotional. She chose to offer compassion and treat my boys to ice cream cones. She offered care and a big hug to us. It made their day. A simple pleasure and act of kindness that made us feel a sense of relief. Thank you. Moments like that cant be replaced. “This was our most pleasant McDonald's experience since before the pandemic. The food tasted fresher than any of the food from our other recent McDonald's stops over the last few years. The burger was juicy and flavourful. Even the bun seemed fresher, not dry. The quarter pounder was well structured and held together during consumption. The young woman working the counter was delayed in taking our order as she was also working the fryer, I found her to be friendly, polite, and engaging once she came to the register. Yes, I could have used a kiosk to place my order, but I prefer to interact with people than a screen for service.“

“They kept us waiting without telling us the reason for the wait. I and another customer were told to move to the front window to pick up food, which did not come out on time. We waited for almost 7 minutes. Anyways, the food was good, tho. I enjoyed the big mac.“
