“I have been going to Tom and Rays since the old location. What makes them stand out is the cost conscience menu, fresh tasting food, and a staff mostly local high school kids that are professional with can do attitude. Right now I’m raving about something as simple as stewed tomatoes as a complementary side dish. Their breakfast foods including creamed chipped beef fresh. Their lunch and dinner foods bring you back, especially the open faced beef sandwich with mash potatoes and gravy, to a simpler time. Check out their menu and ask them about their pies.”

“I myself currently work at the Starbucks in Frederick off monocacy blvd. Whenever I travel to Damascus to visit my boyfriend I end up visiting this location. A lovely group of people, very friendly. The inside always looks so clean and organized too when I come in the store, which can be very hard to do especially when it gets busy. Thank you guys for your amazing service from one barista to another ❤️.”

“They have great burgers, fries, nachos, chicken wings, pizza, potato skins, fried shrimp and all types of bar food. Great neighborhood joint. Large bar with plenty of TVs showing whatever sports games happen to be playing. The prices are reasonable. The only thing they should work on is a little bit bigger portion size. For example if you order potato skins they don’t bring 4. You get 3. The nachos should be a little bit bigger. The burgers are delicious! The habaneros beet sauce is delicious”

“This place is a hidden gem! Inside of the super market. Great coffee and fantastic pastries at advantageous prices! Highly recommend any sweet pastry that’s a croissant. 🥐 They have savory pastries as well!

They do cakes for events and have a lovely selections. Really close to the gym in the shopping center, great for a coffee after a workout.

I just have a tiny annoyance. They always ask if you have the app at the register. I’m sure they have a metric to hit for app penetration. If I went in every day the same person would ask me everyday like a robot. When they ask me now, I laugh a little every time. Like I said very minor.

“The BEST VALUE all-you-can-eat place! Excellent, fresh food and clean!!! (even their women's bathroom is clean!) And great services, especially Amy! By the way, it is hard for me to believe this restaurant does not get 5 stars! We travel all the way from VA to this place at least two times a month. We just love it!!! P.S. I read the reviews that did not give them 5 stars and feel those reviews may not be fair to them. As an example, one review gave them a 4-star commenting food is great, quality is great, but expensive. Yes, if you compare this place with most cheap Chinese all you can ear places, $33 does seem expensive. However, fresh and high-quality food cost me. I am willing to pay extra for good, fresh food. As another example, I was shocked to see a review giving them only 3 stars commenting she got sick (even though she said she loved the food there). I was wondering if she did not cook her food well in the hot pot, or she couldn't handle the spices.”

“Great atmoshere, high-end stylish dining room, comfortable seating. The salmon dish was delicious and a large portion. The spinach rice side dish was so delicious! The Ravini Politiko, coconut cake was the best I ever ate! The Thalissina, seafood pasta had plenty of seafood in it and delicious. Even the cappaccino was delicious, very smooth, no bitterness and taste great with dessert! The server, Baris, was attentive, friendly and did a great job taking care of us. Great place to eat, homemade dishes and desserts! Highly recommend it. I will be back!”
