“I stopped into Jersey Mike’s the other day and they were seriously short‑staffed, only two employees were running the entire store. But let me tell you… the manager Qwen was moving like she was on double speed mode. I’ve never seen anyone multitask so fast and still stay calm, kind, and laser focused.
She was taking orders, slicing, wrapping, directing the other employee, keeping the line moving, AND treating every customer like they mattered all at the same time. Total boss mode energy. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

“Food was cooked perfect! Hot, fresh, and cooked properly ordered. The waitress was on point, bringing refills as they were low, checked on us while we were eating! Greeted with a smile and the bill was exactly what to be expected! It was a calm, friendly atmosphere.

“I love this place and visit every time I am nearby for lunch or dinner. I can't say enought good about the Monday Lasagne Special! $14.99 and it comes with a salad and drink. I always get two meals out of it. Their pizza is great and their subs are huge. I usually get a chicken cheesesteak without the bun. The best thing is they have the right kind of "sub hots" - the red kind that is like relish. It is counter service to order but they will bring it out to your table if you eat in. The place is as clean as can be and the help is friendly and helpful. Try this place if you can!”

“This is such a cute little spot. We had been here when it was a coffee shop and I am shocked at how many tables they fit in without it feeling cramped.

The food was very good. We got a quesabirria to split, a kids quesadilla, the fries topped with ham and cheese and ranch, churros, horchata, and juices for the kids. Everything was very good and tasted homemade. The ranch dressing was delicious, the fries had bacon bits on it but it was made from real ham, not store bought gross crumbles. The quesabirria was delicious as well. I wish the churros came with chocolate dipping sauce but they were really good as well. The horchata was good but a little sweet. My daughter loved it. I feel like the prices are a bit much for the area but everything costs a fortune right now so I really can’t blame the restaurant for that.

I will happily be coming back here for some more Mexican food. Happy Denton had such a great spot.

Total side note, I love the old pictures of the town. They have a ad for real estate in 1978 where you could get a house for $2200. Insane.”

“I went to the new sandhills location and it was my first time eating here. First off the costumer service was amazing. Dj helped me by recommending a sub. It was one of the best subs I have had in a long time. Highly recommended giving them a try.”

“Could service be faster? Yes. But they just opened. This is some of these workers’ first jobs. Try to have some empathy. Kindness is free, and I know we all weren’t amazing at our very first job’s. “Lupe's Denton Pizza is the closest to a NY pizza that I have found here on the Shore !! Had the White Pizza with pepperoni last night .... soooooo GOOD ! It's our go to place for Pizza !”
