“Just almost got stolen from by the dunkin on Merritt Blvd Take my money for my purchase and refuse to give it to me.Why are the doors locked at 6 pm. Highly do not recommend this place to anyone anymore. I don't know why the evening shift pretty much thinks it is a game working there. 0 out of 10 stars“

“The food was good. The donuts were good but not as good as other Dunkin Donuts I've tasted. The croissant sandwich and hashbrowns were delicious and made right the first time, which is rare for other Dunkin locations I've visited. The line was very long because the location diwn the street is being renovated. Getting the food took forever. The customer service was great, very kind, and professional.“

He hurt himself in the store (his fault, not dunkin's) once, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy!“

As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!

Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

“I very much enjoy going to this Dunkin. The staff is wonderful and always take care of me. I don't tip at coffee shops...I tipped here.

The only real complaint I have is that the drive through is very slow. It's so much faster to walk in and order or order ahead and pick it up at the counter than to use the drive through.

Parking is extremely limited, and with the drive through constantly overflowing the parking lot it's often times better to park in the nearby strip mall lot and walk over. It's worth it, though.

All too often I forget to scan my app barcode to get points. It would be awesome if the staff at the register would ask if I have the app right before taking payment if I didn't already get it scanned. An employee told me yesterday that a lot of people forget to get their barcode scanned. It would be a good gesture to start reminding customers when they offer payment. ?

Parking: REALLY limited parking. But then, I don't know that I've ever seen a Dunkin with lots of parking. Lol“

“Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

“Good coffee! I visited this DD with my daughter on a cool Monday morning in March. We had a long trip ahead and we needed refreshment. I ordered a hot coffee, and she ordered an iced coffee, scorning the waning winter. Ahhh sweet coffee, sweet morning, sweet day. The Dunkin, like the others and more than some, delivered.“

“Best dunkin around! I visit this dunkin the morning almost daily. Service is fast! Everyone that works there is always friendly, polite and in a good mood! Never once had a bad experience there. Also the drive thru is so quick even when the cars are wrapped around the building. Manager is very friendly too!“

“There was a long line at 650 am. It moved at a good place. The order taker was polite. I ordered 2 meal deals. The croissant sandwich was toasted and hearty with a fried egg, cheese and several strips of bacon. The meal comes with 6 hash brown rounds but I received more. You have a choice of hot or iced I chose iced with cream and sugar. You can also get a flavor not sure what they have because I take mine with no flavor. Overall a nice visit and a great value!“

“Cashier was extra helpful & nice 😃The butter pecan iced coffee w/ almond milk was too sweet for my liking and that’s with no extra sugar or cream added. Good thing I got alittle whipped cream on top to level out all the sugar. It was good but I hate to be a diabetic in DD line.“

“I love coming to DD but there is a small problem. On the weekends homeless people come in and beg for money and some of them even sleep at the tables. The employees don't say a word to them. With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. “Let me start off saying I absolutely loved that this location in is my neighborhood!! I’ve been here many times, usually early in the am before work. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it“

“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!

Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“
